"This VRBO was clean, spacious, well appointed and comfortable. It was the perfect solution for us attending a conference at the Convention Center, Hyatt and Sheraton just a couple of blocks walking distance away! There are also lots of great spots to eat, have drinks or just stroll nearby. We loved it and will be back! "

"Door would not lock. Other tenants fighting at 2am. Water dripping on our faces while we slept. Owner would not reimburse. Very shady. We felt unsafe and left halfway thru stay. Owner would not reimburse. VRBO did pay for a hotel for us. Chain link fence gate to park car. Not nice."

"Hosts (manager and owner) very nice and responsive.However, disappointed in the place/ amenities: a) tv didn't work well, i.e. lousy reception (no cable) and netlix didn't work at all, and no other streaming channelsb) no handtowels in bathroom, just washcloths and bath towelsc) only had a few paper napkins and tiny roll of papertowels... good thing we didn't do any cookingd) bathroom could use a shelf or such, i.e. no place to put toiletries, toothbrush, etc.e) couch not comfortable...too low,...
