"I had high hopes for this place, but unfortunately it feels less like a hotel and more like a time capsule… and not in a charming, vintage way. Let’s start with the room: the walls look like they’ve gone a few rounds with a moving company—scuffed, marked, and clearly overdue for a fresh coat of paint. "This hotel/restaurant was in a little village that was absolutely gorgeous. The area had several hiking paths which unfortunately we could not go on. For us it was a thrill to be in this town and the diner they cooked for us was exquisite. Home made. The host/manager was very good, cordial and very welcoming. I highly recommend this place. "

"If ever there was a hidden gem, this is certainly it. Tucked away in the Italian countryside about an hour NE or Rome, we found this inn to be just about perfect. The innkeeper understands her role as a "way of life," not a "job," and it shows.
