Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in der Villa! Alles entsprach genau der Beschreibung und den Fotos – einfach traumhaft. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir unsere Perle, Frau Cook, die auf Wunsch köstliche thailändische Gerichte für uns zubereitet hat. Dank der großzügigen Aufteilung mit eigenen Zimmern sowie jeweils Bad und Dusche konnte jeder von uns – auch unsere erwachsenen Kinder – die gemeinsame Zeit entspannt genießen. Auch der Chauffeur-Service war perfekt organisiert: pünktlich und zuverlässig sowohl bei der Abholung als auch beim Rücktransfer zum Flughafen. Vielen Dank für diesen unvergesslichen Familienurlaub – wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Fantastic Stay!

We came from the US and have never been to Thailand. We did not know what to expect but we were not disappointed! Our butler was in contact with us days before our departure. He had a driver pick us up at the airport with a sign. He arranged rental scooters, in villa massages, our private chef and even restocked the fridge with our preferred beverages. He even came over to connect the outdoor speakers to my phone for me when requested. Our private chef was incredible and cooked out of an extensive Thai menu in the villa, we just texted the butler or told the chef each night or morning what we would order for breakfast, lunch, dinner. We just paid for the ingredients from the market. Usually around 500 Thai Baht (14$ usd) per meal for 4 people, always had left overs. Make sure to order the desserts too! The pool was lovely and well kept. We scheduled many activities during our stay and our chef was wonderful to time our meals when we got home. The maid tidied the villa each day and did our laundry we put in the laundry basket, amazing. One thing I was nervous about was air conditioning, I wasn't sure if this would be available. We had an excellent AC that kept the temperature perfectly cool for us. I cannot say enough good things about this villa. This was our best vacation and we cannot wait to come back!

Hervorragend - jederzeit wieder

Die Beschreibung und der Service in der Villa, wie auch die Fotoaufnahmen stimmen zu 100 Prozent. In der Villa ist alles und wirklich alles vorhanden um das Leben zu geniessen. Eine 'gute Fee' sorgt für sämtliche Haushaltarbeiten vom Einkaufen, übers Kochen bis zur Wäschereinigung. Sie verhält sich sehr diskret und sorgt sich um alles im Haus. Sie ist eine hervorragende Köchin. Nu der Hausmeister ist ebenfalls sehr besorgt um das Wohl der Gäste. Er ist stets erreichbar und besorgt alles, was man sich wünschen kann. Die beiden sind ein hervorragendes und sehr freundliches Team. Sie sind echte Gastgeber, welche sich gerne mit einem 5-Sterne Hotel vergleichen dürfen. Der Pool und die ganze Anlage sind wirklich herrlich und zum Geniessen bestens geeignet. Die Grösse des Pools eignet sich auch zum Schwimmen sehr gut. Die drei Schlafzimmer sind alle sehr schön mit eigenem Bad/WC ausgestattet. Wenn man überhaupt einen negativen Punkt suchen müsste, wäre dies, dass die Villa etwas abgelegen ist. Um regelmässig die Villa zu verlassen ist ein Fahrzeug von Vorteil. Es gibt aber auch Taxis, welche an den Stand oder zu Einkaufmöglichkeiten fahren. Pro Weg muss mit etwa 300-400 Baht gerechnet werden. Die Möglichkeit abends nicht in der Villa das Nachtessen einzunehmen ist dadurch jederzeit gegeben. Wir können diese Villa und diese Art von Ferien wirklich allen empfehlen, die ein schönes Haus bewohnen möchten und sich dabei um nichts kümmern wollen. Nur geniessen und die Seele baumeln lassen, dies müssen Sie selber tun....

Quiet villa with everything you need

We really enjoyed our stay at the property. Mr Nu was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Our housekeeper was also fantastic and an amazing cook! The property is suitable for families and couples. My husband and and I travelled with our 1.5year old and we were all very comfortable. You will need a car or scooter to get around though. The property is in a VERY quiet area and there really isn't anything within walking distance. We would definitely recommend staying here, however It really depends on what type of holiday you are after. The villas are great for relaxing and unwinding and if you like not doing much.

Lovely clean villa

The villa was lovely, it was great to have our own pool (which was cleaned every morning). It was the perfect depth for all of us, not too deep to be daunting for our youngest son, but deep enough to dive in at one end. There was a comfortable day bed and 4 other sun beds to choose from. The views of the mountains and palm trees were beautiful and it had such a tranquil feel to it. The air con was effective in the bedrooms but it would have been better if there was air con in lounge area too. In the evenings we shut the doors to prevent too many bugs coming in and it was just so hot in that area, despite two large free standing fans. The en-suite bathrooms were well equipped with shampoo, conditioner etc. Plenty of space in bedrooms, although none of us found the matresses very comfortable! Wang came to clean our villa every day and really thought of doing everything - from washing and ironing our clothes to washing up and putting out clean towels on sunbeds every day. (And a lot more than this!) She also left us some mosquito repellent which was very thoughtful! There were a few times when we asked if she could cook for us, choosing from a menu in the villa and we really enjoyed the food she cooked. It was really convenient having a water dispenser in the kitchen too so we didn’t have to worry about stocking up on enough water. The pick up from airport went smoothly - they were expecting our call and met us within a few minutes. ‘M’, the butler came to organise what time we needed a pick up to the airport at the end of our stay, meaning we didn’t have to worry about anything. I called him a couple of times to ask about hiring a car and booking a massage, he sorted both things out straight away. (We has looked up costs of cars online, which were a bit cheaper but we would have had to get a taxi to collect the car, whereas M arranged for the car to be dropped off at the villa.) If you turn right out of the villa and walk for about 15 mins there is a 7/11 which is quite handy. Otherwise you turn left out of the villa to walk to the local beach and restaurants/shops etc which took about 25 mins to walk. (It would have suited us better to be closer to the beach.) The beach would be lovely if it wasn’t for the litter washing up on shore, the first day we went there we saw a syringe and a kitchen knife in the sea! Obviously this was quite off putting and not how we remembered Thailand from visiting 15 years ago!

Amazing property

It was absolutely beautiful property. It was exactly as it shows in the pics. Safe area, clean, luxurious villa. I did have an issue with my room’s shower. The water was not going down and it overfilled the washroom area. Our cook was absolutely fabulous. I would recommend one thing. I was being pushed into buying or purchasing the food only from there recommendations not what we wanted even though I was willing to pay for transportations. Please try to accommodate your guest instead what you can order.

Traumhaft

Ein absolut traumhafter Urlaub in einer wunderschönen Villa, in der man sich nur Wohl fühlen kann. Angefangen bei One unserem Hausmädchen, welche alles in Schuss hält, vom Geschirr spülen über putzen und Zimmer her richten bis hin zum waschen unserer Wäsche. Dann Mr. M, der 24 Std für einen da ist, egal bei welchen fragen, er hilft. Einen großen Dank an Beide. Die Villa ist wunderschön eingerichtet, schlicht und überhaupt nicht überladen. Und dann der Garten mit dem Pool ;-) (der übrigens jeden morgen vom Gärtner gereinigt wird), einfach nur genial und paradisisch. Toll toll toll. Wir haben im Juni mit zwei Pärchen in der Villa 13 Tage unseren Urlaub verbracht und fühlten uns sehr sehr wohl. Das einzigste was uns nicht gut gefallen hat, man ist relativ an die Villa gebunden und braucht auf jeden Fall einen fahrbaren Untersatz. Auto oder Scooter mieten ist eigentlich ein muss, wenn man etwas erleben möchte. Wird aber vom Vermieter angeboten. Mein, bzw unser Tipp an den Vermieter: zu jeder Villa sollte ein Fahrzeug gehören. Entweder ein Auto, oder zwei Scooter, oder evtl. nur Fahrräder, so daß man ein wenig mobil ist, um z.B. nur zum Strand zu fahren. Welches zu Fuss doch schon eine Herrausforderung ist. Die Fahrzeuge sollten im Mietpreis schon enthalten sein, auch wenn der Preis dann etwas höher wäre. Wir hätten es gut gefunden. Das wäre dann noch so das I-Tüpfelchen für einen einfach nur perfekten Urlaub.

Otroligt vacker villa och trädgård! Innertaket på natten är som en dröm! Hushållerskan fanns nära till hands hela dagen, men ändå märkte man inte av henne, helt plötsligt hade hon plockat bort och diskat disken, utan att hon märktes. Och hennes mat är fantastiskt god! Kan inget annat än att rekommendera detta hus, och längtar så tillbaka!

Fantastic villa to rent with an amazing housekeeper

This villa is a fantastic place to live at during your stay in Nai Thon. The housekeeper Wang was gentle and service minded and took care of the whole family. The villas 3 bedrooms with own bathroom makes you feel as you live at a hotel but your can be by your self. We travelling to celebrate a 50 years birthday, together wit our 2 grown up daughters and our little grand child. We could be together and one our selves when we needed. Ca 2 km to the beach of Nai Yang, but we never visit it. 4,5 km to the beach of Nai Thon, which was wonderful with restaurants. The only thing that we haven´t understood that se needed car and drive at left side when we are used to right side driving and that in the heat in Thailand you can´t walk anywhere. The whole staff with MR m and Mr Nu and Wang take very good care of us. Mr M helped us to book sightseeing- trips. I will absolutely recommend you to rent villa Lotus

Traumhaft, paradiesisch, unvergesslich!

Die Villa (Lotus) ist ein architektonisches Meisterstück, sehr geschmackvoll, nicht überladen, nicht kitschig eingerichtet, mit viel Raum. Der Garten mit dem Swimming-Whirl-Pool, den Palmen, Blumen und Liegen lässt keine Wünsche für eine gute Erholung in Ruhe offen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und überaus hilfsbereit. Täglich wird das Haus gereinigt, das Geschirr gespült und die Wäsche gewaschen. Mit individuellen Wünschen, die auch prompt erfüllt werden, kann man sich jederzeit an den Manager wenden. Die Küche und der Wohnraum sind bestens ausgestattet, es gibt sehr umfangreiches Lesematerial mit Empfehlungen für Restaurants, Ausflüge, Strände, Märkte etc. Sehr empfehlenswert ist das Mieten von Mountainbikes, mit denen man wunderbar die Umgebung erkunden kann. Das Haus hat voll und ganz unsere Vorstellungen, Bedürfnisse und Erwartungen mehr als erfüllt

Das Haus ist sehr schön, geräumig und in einem sehr gepflegten Zustand. Wir waren hervorragend von Herrn Nu, Herrn M. und unserer Haushälterin Huan betreut. Sie ist eine Perle. Kocht hervorragend, arbeitet im Hintergrund und ist sehr höflich. Sie hat unseren Aufenthalt zu einem entspannten Urlaub gemacht. Alle Ausflüge wurden von M hervorragend organisiert. Alles hat wie am Schnürchen geklappt. Wir haben uns bestens betreut gefühlt. Man kann dieses Feriendomizil wärmstens weiter empfehlen.

Excellent facilities, excellent staff. Not suitable if you want to be on Bangla Road. Highly recommended if you want a quiet and relaxing holiday with a great pool for kids and adults.

Ein entspannter Urlaub!

Wir waren für 12 Nächte mit 2 Erwachsenen u 3 Kindern in der Villa Lotus. Es hat alles perfekt geklappt, ob die Abholung vom Flughafen, Begrüßung in der Villa, Übergabe Auto usw. Die Beschreibung passt sehr gut, die Betreuung durch M ist super. Unsere Maid One hat morgens immer das Frühstück vorbereitet und Abends für uns lecker gekocht, das war echt klasse! Zum Strand fährt man 5min. Dort gibt es jede Menge Restaurants und Stände bzw. Garküchen. Unsere Kinder waren natürlich jede freie Minute in dem schönen Pool. Dieser wird täglich, wie die ganze Villa, gepflegt und gesäubert. Wir können die Adresse jedem, insbesondere mit Kindern, nur empfehlen! Wahrscheinlich werden wir wiederkommen!

Ein tolles Haus mit sehr freundlichem und zuverlässigem Personal

Wir verbrachten 10 Tage hier. Die Strände sind in der Nebensaison sehr ruhig und entspannend. Mit dem Mietwagen erkundeten wir die Umgebung und besuchten einige tolle Ziele. Die Verwaltung, der Gärtner und die Haushälterin, die auch eine gute Köchin ist, sind die Schmankerl dieses Ferienhauses. Die ganze Anlage besteht aus 6 ähnlichen Häusern an einem Berg. Bis zum Strand sind es nur 10 min. Für 6 Personen war wirklich ausreichend Platz. Der Pool war der Spielplatz der Kinder. Unsere kleinste Tochter lernte in den Tagen hier Schwimmen. Wir können das Haus ohne Abstriche empfehlen!

Sehr schoene und ruhige Villenanlage

Wir waren mit 2 Erwachsenen und 3 Kindern in der Villa Lotus. Abwicklung dank Nu super einfach. Die Villa ist ca. 5~10 Fahrminuten vom Flughfn entfernt und liegt sehr ruhig. Am Tag haben wir nur ca.2~3 Flugzeuge bemerkt, was aber nicht wirklich stoert. Das Objekt und die Ausstattung sind sehr schoen, die Photos jedoch sehr vorteilhaft aufgenommen und in Realitaet ist es um einiges kleiner. Nichtsdestotrotz sehr schoen und auch fuer 5 Personen absolut ausreichend. Die Betreuung und Bewirtung ist super (Danke an Wan!) und laut unserer Meinung besser und auch guenstiger als in vielen Restaurants. Der Nai Thon und Nai Yang beach sind ca. 5 Autominuten entfernt und ok. Wir waren jedoch meistens am Banana beach (Achtung Quallen, Essigwasser zum Behandeln mitnehmen). Ohne Roller oder Auto ist die Lage jedoch zum Laufen zu weit von den Straenden entfernt. Lediglich etwas unschoen ist, dass an der unteren Villa Lotus direkt die Strommasten und Leitungen an der Strasse sowie die wilde Muellablagerstaette auf dem Grundstueck gegenueber die Aussicht trueben. Das Welcomepack ist eine sehr schoene Geste des Vermieters. Alles in allem ein gutes Preis/Leistungsverhaeltnis und zu empfehlen.
