"Beautiful boarding house on the National Registry. Highly recommend staying here. Delicious breakfast, made to order, daily. Popular restaurant by night. My husband said the trout was the best he has ever had, anywhere. Walk to town or to Tomahawk Lake Town is a popular shopping destination 20 minutes to Biltmore and the Blue Ridge museum and parkway. Also check out the town museum and the huge antique store just off the highway. "

"What a wonderful place. So peaceful and quiet. Our host and hostess Sheila and James were so welcoming. The Inn was absolutely gorgeous. All of the artwork, furnishings. Truly took us back to another time. Our room was so comfortable, it had more than everything we needed. We only wish we could stay another night but we had a graduation to attend . We will most certainly go back to Whole Hearts again."

"We really enjoyed our stay in Tryon. Lavender Hill is nestled in a cozy neighborhood with lots of privacy, just a short walk to town. Loved the eclectic decor and the artwork was an added treat. The only thing I missed was a regular kuerig type coffee maker. We would definitely stay there again. Ro was a gracious host!"

"Reading all the previous comments about this house we were eagerly looking forward to our visit. A group of 11 were blown away by the property. Immaculately cleaned, beautifully furnished, the river, and of course, the amazing pool solarium all added to a fantastic vacation. We have no negative comments about the property other than the WiFi which is totally understandable due to the house being so remote. It will definitely be hard to beat this house in the future.
