Nothing but disappointing
First. We arrived early cause of rain storm. The key wasn’t where the host promised yet waited the 40 minutes for the key from the host. Once given access, we found dead moths throughout the lofts and insects belly up in every windowsill. As a group of 3 adults and 2 children under six we understand a cabin will come with some crawlers. Yet at night when the adults were relaxing while the children slept, flocks of moths ambushed the lights and even worse wouldn’t let a flicker of a light without feeling one crawl on you. This kept us up till late hours trying to kill the moths as it scared the children and gave the adults a very uneasy feeling. Additionally dirty dishes were found and this lead me to believe this space was not inspected before our stay ensuring it was clean and ready for use. When vocalize with the host the experience, the interaction was not to be desired. The host faulted us and confirmed that she THOUGHT or ASSUMED previous guests cleaned. The customer service from the host is terrible and do not trust that the space would be clean or prepared. And be weary of moths that could increase your charge that I was later made aware of.
