The best cabin we’ve ever stayed at. We’ve made trips around this time of year for 5 years now, and this was the best one yet. We were a group of 9 and had plenty of room. The layout was perfect. The location was perfect. The cleanliness was perfect. The supplies to clean and for the bathrooms and kitchen was perfect.

Overall, the view and the setting were amazing. The housekeeping upon arrival needed some attention. There were several corners where debris, dust bunnies and hair had collected and the tops of the cabinets were completely covered with dust.

Nice stay for a couple of old college buddies

Great stay for three old buddies! Good vommunication from owner. This is a large house of three levels. Nice setup with a bathroom on all levels. We fished in the small private pond on the subdivision with good success. About 40 fish in four hours between the three of us. Nothing huge but we were kept active. Used the kitchen for all meals.

Perfect Family Getaway

Kyle’s beautiful home was the perfect place for our family to meet in the middle, between Arkansas and Ohio, for a long weekend. We enjoyed walks around the neighborhood, hanging out on the covered deck and relaxing in the spacious living areas.

Enjoyed Our Stay!

The cabin was amazing. The land is beautiful. The backyard view was stunning especially in the morning. It had all the amenities that we needed for our family stay and a lot of well thought extras. The host was very easy to work with and very responsive. We appreciated everything it had to offer! Will definitely stay again and would highly recommend!

Lovely Repeat Stay

Had a wonderful time at this cozy cabin. It's clean and well-appointed with everything we needed for a week with our family. The owner was easy to get in touch with when we had a little trouble entering the front gate. Internet wasn't always perfect but it suited our needs. We loved the downstairs area for the kids to enjoy. It turns out our family rented the same cabin over 10 years ago, so it was nice to return and reminisce!

Wonderful place for family getaway.

This place is serene. It is a great place to relax and enjoy the quiet sounds of nature. It is so quiet. There is no noise other than the birds and insects. There are no other homes nearby to disturb you. We had a fantastic stay. With 8 adults and 1 child we had more than enough room for all of us. We spent a great deal of time outside on the 360 degree wrap around porch. The owner, Kyle, answered all of our pre-stay questions within 30 minutes (via the VRBO inbox) and answered all of our questions during the stay immediately via text message. Definitely a 5 star experience and we highly recommend this property. You will love it!

Beautiful view

A lovely comfortable cabin with a beautiful view from the wrap around porch. The air conditioning worked well as it was hot every day but one while we were there. Kitchen is well stocked, beds were comfortable as well. We all enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful Cabin

We loved the cabin. It was beautiful and had everything we needed. It was about 20 minutes from the Lake Cumberland Marina and there was plenty of parking and an area for trailers and boats. Very secluded and quiet with an amazing view.

Beautiful House and property

Wonderful home and great set up. The basement was perfect for hanging out after a day on the lake. The house was beautiful and I really appreciate how well appointed it was, including plenty of cookware and dishes. Pretty much everything we needed for our trip was already there. The house was clean and the owner was very responsive.

It was a perfect little getaway and beautiful spacious cabin with amazing sunset view over the lake. Only minor issues was cabin was a lil warm and hard to cool down but host had multiple floor fans to use.

Fall Family Getaway

Great stay for our family at this cabin! Beautiful setting, has about everything you could need, fun wooded areas to explore. Owner was very responsive which was much appreciated as opposed to dealing with a management company. Would return for another stay!
