"I could not be happier with the house. It was clean, the beds were comfortable. Plenty of room for my big group. The 2 things that could have been better. 1. There was no eating area our larger group. Thanks to the beautiful weather. We were able to spread out using inside and outside 2. There could be more dishes, glasses and cutlery. Having said that, the house is 5 stars. We had a great visit. "

"Great location, super convenient - so close to the beach! The 2 beach passes were a plus, as there is a charge for beach access in summer during prime hours, so free for 2 people with passes. We enjoyed our stay at towards end of July 2025!"

"Perfect spot to avoid the typical crowded NJ beaches. About as Private as you can get. We chose this location for this reason. We were able to surf fish all day away from people. It’s also within walking distance of 2 great restaurants and a short drive to another half dozen. Liquor store is 8 min away, quick check 5, and a food town about 10 min away. We also chose it so we could go play disc golf in the mornings just 20 min away in Long Branch. Owners are very friendly and easy to reach…...

"This home is beautiful and in a fantastic location. The host was incredibly gracious and ensured all of our needs were met, including providing brand new toys and equipment for our 13 month old granddaughter! Our family had a wonderful time sharing meals in the spacious kitchen/dining area and enjoyed evenings by the fire table on the patio. The game room provided lots of fun for everyone! We would definitely stay here again!"
