Spectacular Home
Our family of two sets of twins, three teens and two adults absolutely loved our stay! The house is equipped with everything you need to make a memorable family vacation. We walked into a beautiful Christmas tree lit up and an absolutely beautiful home. The cookware and dishes were high quality the closets had plenty of soft warm cozy blankets and towels. The views were the perfect setting for morning coffee and the hot tub was a so relaxing and the perfect spot for a celebration under the beautiful New Mexico sky. We would recommend everything about this house.

Great property. Single story. Beautiful view of the Sierras! Host had a nice Christmas tree in home when we arrived. Decor is not overdone. Instead, it is very tastefully decorated. Plenty of dishes and cookware. Very close to shopping and grocery store; however, property feels remote due to its location. Have stayed in numerous properties in Ruidoso. This is our favorite property to date! Will be booking again.

The cabin was beautiful, we all loved it and it was big enough for all of us (12) to fit more than fine. The host was very accesible and everything was just great! 10/10. Would definitely come back.

This house is amazing! Its really easy for big families! Everything around the hpuse is pristene as well. So much wildlife walking right by. Deer, wild horses, geese, turkey, you name it we saw it. The views are breathtaking! If you have a big group this is ypur place.

Perfect place to unwind
Our family got together for a few days to unwind and enjoy family time together. The bunk room was perfect for the cousins as well as the hot tub. We all loved the different animals that passed by the property throughout the day. This is a great place and we will be back!

Wonderful property!!

The home is beautiful - the listing photos do not do it justice - and the neighborhood is sublime. We took our grown children (20-something’s) and had the best time playing disc golf, foosball, and pool. We would stay in this home again in a heartbeat!

Perfect place to get away

We stayed here with family to celebrate a birthday. The cabin was very spacious with more than enough space for our larger group. It was not super far from town which made going out easier. Plenty to do while home, we enjoyed the game room and the views from the wrap around porch.

The home was better than we expected. There were 9 of us and there was plenty of space in the rooms and even with 2.5 bathrooms we had no problems. Kitchen table held all of us for game night and living room was spacious and configured nicely around fireplace, windows and tv. Hot tub nice and clean. They even had a Christmas tree set up which was a treat to greet us on arrival. Only things that could of been better was there were only a few trash bags and not enough toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap or dishwasher liquid so we had to purchase those items after the 2nd day. We could of brought it with us if we’d known there were minimal supplies.

We enjoyed the house. Only suggestion would be we did run out of hot water for a while after giving 5 of our 12 short showers. Maybe get a bigger hot water heater or 2 just so for bigger parties. Otherwise we had a wonderful time Daniel was very helpful with everything. Always great to be back in Ruidoso.

Such a cozy house!
Daniel was so accommodating from the moment we arrived. I got locked out of my VRBO and couldn’t get my password recovered so we reached out to him and he answered right away and made sure we got in the house. Everything was super clean. Such a fun property to stay at. Highly recommend!

The property was spacious and well laid out with easy accessibility throughout. Plenty of space for individual private time. Pool table provided plenty of entertainment after the evening meal. Easy access to shopping and entertainment in town.

3 families in town for wedding and what a wonderful home to share family time with. We gathered for breakfast daily and enjoyed all the special amenities that this place offered: hot tub, washer/dryer with soap/dryer sheets, body wash and shampoo in each bathroom provided and enough cups, plates and glasses for us all. Beautiful home in beautiful location
We couldn't have enjoyed our stay here more. The home is beautiful. The location is great--we had wildlife show up every evening--deer, wild horses and turkeys. It is close to town, but in a location where you feel you are in the wilderness. I highly recommend.
