Never Book through Expedia. Booked Novatel through Expedia to pay on arrival. Booked Price $525 on internet but when paying was charged $753. Apparently Expedia is an American Site and the charge is converted to Australian Dollars. Very disappointed! Novatel accommodation was average. Room had smell when walking in and we noticed must people were keeping their front doors open to air it. Cleaning was very average. Not worth $753 for 2 nights.

About my sixth stay at this hotel over the years. Room was excellent and very clean. Staff friendly and accommodating. Location and views hard to beat. Very relaxing stay. Will visit again.

We loved the serenity. Unit was large and clean and had everything you need for a wonderful stay. Bed was comfortable and with only the birds making a noise we slept well. Perfect location for day tripping around the Barossa.

Very nice, simple, hotel room close if you have a car. Staff very friendly and happy to assist with taxi arrangements into town and back again. A nice surprise with a wine tasting from a local winery so we got to discover yet another Barossa winery.

Love the location and views of the area from rooms and restaurant, and the staff were friendly. Room was clean and tidy but not very soundproof - could hear people walking past and guests in neighbouring rooms. Felt that our experience wasn’t worth what we paid given the property hasn’t had a refurbishment since we last visited about 8 years ago and price has doubled.

Lovely resort in the middle of beautiful countryside with stunning views. The restaurant at the resort is A . Both food and service. Would highly recommend.

This property have activities around that you and your family can do if you don't want to go anywhere. You can take a massage session, go for a walk or go to the gym ( 24 hours ) or play chess, table tennis, tennis and jump in the heated pool with kids. When it comes to dinner time, you can dine in the restaurant there ( breakfast and lunch also ). Having said all that, I am a bit disappointed with the room. It is basic for a resort. There is no oven or a clothes dyer. Lastly, the staffs are very accommodating and friendly.

Ett fint hotell i vacker miljö. Stort rum med superbra dusch och sköna sängar. Fint poolområde. Mycket bra frukost. Enda negativa var ljudvolymen i restaurangen, nästan öronbedövande när folk babblar överallt.

Great for a long weekend in the Barossa.
Superior king room. Very spacious and comfortable. Beautiful view from the balcony. Well appointed with small kitchenette with plates, cutlery etc, kettle, coffee machine, fridge, toaster and microwave. Friendly efficient check in and the 11am checkout made for a relaxing start on our last day. It’s a bit out of town so you need a car. We’d be happy to stay here again.

This was a great place to stay while experiencing Barossa Valley. They room was spacious and bed very comfortable. Great place to dine. Swimming pool was a real treat!

very peaceful and quiet. Lovely scenery beautiful surroundings. very disappointed with the pool temperature again.they really need to update their heating system and monitor it.many adults wouldn't go in and when you see 5-10 year old kids complaining it must be cold

Beautiful place and views, excellent location, everything was easy to get to including the pool and dining area. We were there on New Year’s Eve and they held a BBQ that you had to buy tickets to, and even after asking what there is to do in the Barossa on New Year’s Eve, we were not told about it so we weren’t included in that which was a shame.

Nice hotel, only issue we had was the dinning options were average. Nothing suitable to eat. Could do with better menu with more variety for people with dietary requirements.

Beautiful scenery absolutely perfect. The main purpose of our night away, was to soak and relax in a spa bath which i added but was told by reception staff i did not ask for it. But was an enjoyable stay.
