Mooi en verzorgd hotel. Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Parking vlakbij de deur, wel betalend. Restaurant bij hotel lekker en aangenaam zitten. Vlakbij het Zuiderpark en de Ahoy. Via de tram kom je makkelijk in de stad. Een aanrader!

Ons vriendelijke personeel streeft er altijd naar om een gastvrije sfeer te creëren voor onze gasten. Het is geweldig om te horen dat je genoten hebt van ons restaurant en dat je het als aangenaam hebt ervaren. De nabijheid van het Zuiderpark en Ahoy is inderdaad een pluspunt, en we zijn blij dat je hebt kunnen genieten van de gemakkelijke toegang tot de stad via de tram. Een prima hotel vlakbij AHOY. Prima kamer, goed bed, lekker ontbijt. Drankjes in het hotel erg prijzig. Jammer dat we al om 8.00 uur aan het ontbijt moesten zitten....( we hadden daarin geen andere keuze meer omdat we om 1815 incheckten en alle andere opties niet meer mogelijk waren) Voor een avondje in AHOY een prima plek om te overnachten! ( niet goedkoop)

Comfortabel nieuw hotel, fijne bedden, goed ontbijt en top gelegen direct naast Ahoy. Enig minpuntje is de lange incheck-procedure waardoor er lange wachtrijen ontstaan.

i liked that hotel was new.However, it was still under construction and it was very annoying to be listening to the drills. Also, the. door was shaking all the time as there was like a wind tunnel effect current within the aisle. It did not feel safe. The water glasses were not changed and the receptionist upon arrival was really rude as she didn't want to give me the key to my room until i pay some kind of tax, which I believe was included in the price. She didn't even give me the chance to speak to anyone in Expedia to clarify the situation. I paid the amount but found the situation extremely embarrassing.

Mooi hotel, te weinig capaciteit
Prima overnachting gehad. Hotel is nieuw en ziet er dan ook keurig netjes uit. Het ontvangst liet wat te wensen over. Het hotel was volgeboekt en dat was te merken. Bij ontvangst moesten we lang wachten om te kunnen inchecken. Er moesten zelfs mensen buiten wachten. Nadat we eenmaal aan de beurt waren konden we voor het ontbijt alleen nog voor een vroeg tijdvak kiezen. Dit omdat ook het ontbijt "te vol" was geboekt. Dat bleek ook wel want tijdens het ontbijt was het aabsluiten in de rij bij de koffiemachine en dat goldt ook voor de rest van het buffet. Ook een plekje om te kunnen zitten was lastig te vinden. Verder was het aanbod en de service helemaal goed. Voldoende mensen om schoon te maken aan te vullen en te assisteren. Het welkom kan echt beter. Het lijkt er op dat het hotel niet goed voorbereid is op het aantal bezoekers. Dat mag echt beter.

Gewoon als een echt hotel de mensen goed bedienen.
Duur en niet sfeervol. Geen snacks of andere etenswaar na 22.00 uur. Geen bier gewoon voor de gezelligheid voor 17.00 uur. Gewoon treurig. Voor mij nooit meer. Gewoon weer terug naar van der Valk.

Fine for a few nights
Perfectly fine hotel built in a car park next to Ahoy venue. The walls do move when doors close. The staff seemed over whelmed at breakfast when it was very busy, with a lackmof tables being cleared and food running out. On arrival, reception was unstaffed as she was outside having a cigarette. Room was ok and quiet. Food reasonably priced.

Geen duidelijke receptie, restaurant in de lobby, ontbijt veel te veel mensen voor kleine ruimte, geen parkeer gelegenheid bij het hotel alleen de algemene Ahoy parkeer plaats wat bijna vol was dus plekje zoeken in de regen. Personeel bereidwillig maar onkundig. Snachts herrie van ventilatie systeem ofzo, constant geluid heel irritant.

Da das Hotel erst vor Kurzem eröffnet wurde, gibt es noch etwas Welpenschutz. Der Check-In war sehr gut, die Mitarbeiterin sehr freundlich und hat trotz des Andrangs ruhig und kompetent gearbeitet. Das Zimmer war von der Größe her gut, die Sauberkeit ging bis auf eine Kleinigkeit in Ordnung. Die Seifenreste in der Dusche scheinen wohl von nachtropfenden Shampoospendern zu stammen. Da sollte das Housekeeping besser darauf achten. Der Teppich, das Wanddekor am Bett und die Tapete im Bad waren mit ihrer nächtlichen Dschungelszene etwas irritierend, dunkelblaue Tiere auf schwarzem Grund und dann leuchtend orangefarbene Augen der Koboldmakis trafen nicht unbedingt den Geschmack meiner Reisebegleitung. Das Bett war hervorragend, wie in allen Ibis Styles, in denen ich bisher übernachtete. Die Zimmer sind sehr ruhig. Das Frühstücksbüffet ging für den Preis von 19€ pro Person in Ordnung, Auswahl war gut allerdings schien der Service mit dem ausgebuchten Hotel etwas überfordert zu sein, denn so wurde versäumt rechtzeitig frische Brötchen in der Küche zu ordern, was zu einer gut 15minütigen Wartezeit führte, was wiederum dazu führte, dass dann schnell Toast und die anderen Brotsorten leer waren. Auch bei den Säften dauerte es recht lange, bis der Service mit Nachschub ankam. Angenehm für Teetrinker, eine Auswahl offener Tees, die in bereitgestellten Teebeuteln aufgebrüht werden konnten. Die Metrohaltestelle Zuidplein ist in etwa 6 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Erg goed
Het was een heel prettig verblijf in dit hotel. Erg vriendelijk personeel. Zeer behulpzaam. Het ontbijt was geweldig. Zoveel keuze en erg lekker. We misten alleen een toiletborstel op de badkamer. Verder zeker voor herhaling vatbaar.

Brand new hotel with great standards but room for improvements. Hotels säger gnm bokningen att de har ett gym! Det var ett tomt rum (se nedan).....jag söker bara 2 saker på mina aff.resor: bra frukost + gym
