During a month travelling in NZ we learnt that there are big differences between "motels"- Kings on Peace is the finest of its type- our room was beautifully presented and newly renovated and - crucially- regularly and properly cleaned. A parking space is provided right outside your room and the facilities are top notch- washing machine in our bathroom and a terrace with hot tub and BBQ. All in all one of our favourite stays.

The staff was very helpful and the unit was very nice. Extra half bath was great to have. The unit needs to have a dresser. We wanted to unpack but there was really nowhere to put our clothes.

The apartment was clean and very nice. Great bathroom. Nice to have washer/dryer in the unit. Even had a dishwasher! I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Beautiful apartment in Rotorua!
Loved the apartment. It was exactly like on the photos: clean and well maintained. The staff was super friendly and helped us whenever we needed! Best part is the kitchen. It was well equiped and supêr modern. I would recommend them again!

This apartment was amazing. The place was clean and well stocked. The staff was so helpful. We really enjoyed our time there and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Rotorua.

The property looks really new inside out. The rooms were warm and clean. Thanks for Kings on Peace made us so welcomed at Rotorua. The handy EV charger on premises also made the place extra friendly to all EV drivers. I no longer need to go to the town and use the public fast charger any more. Will definitely come and visit again.

Great stay here. Very friendly staff, very clean accommodations, and really nice amenities in the apartments. Wonderful to have your own hot tub too. The only bummer was the hot tub wasn’t hot when we got there and took a few hours to heat up, but that’s because they switch out the water in between guests it seems. Would highly recommend staying here.

I would definitely recommend this place our room had everything we needed also very clean tidy pleasant very warm. I'd like to say loved it there "but" good but though if you can handle smell not all the time from the sulfur lake's pit's then you will be very comfortable. 10/10 from me and my family

Excellent stay would highly recommend the room had very thing we needed. Very comfortable bed, hugh shower and came with a spa pool. I definitely will be booking this accommodation on my next stay to Rotorua. The owners were very friendly and very helpful. Very close to restaurants and shops.
