Property had several issues. Seems like it was a garage converted to an holiday rental. Several small holes in walls and large holes in doors (doors had been patched but very rough!). Carpet squares on the floor sitting on top of very old stained carpet but squares loose and not fitting together.No hotplate for cooking. 4x flat bowls 4x small bowls 4x knives, forks and spoons, but no teaspoons. 2 x serrated steak knives but no other cooking utensils or dishes.No tea towels or dish washing liquid. Old beds which had good linen but uncomfortable. Wall sockets were installed upside down! Obviously not by an electrician.Cockroach trap under a bed with several dead cockroaches in it. No where to sit or eat other than on beds. Chinese host very friendly but the quality of this "chalet"as quoted on the site was by far the worst I have stayed in.
