"Everything is done by Kiosk. No real person. Key didn’t work first time so had to go back to Kiosk to get a new one. No towels or shower curtain in room. When we went to Kiosk for third time to ask for some we were told housekeeping would not be in until next day and that we would have to wait until ..."
