There was no one at the hotel because it’s a machine checkin box only and we weee asked to provided the predicated by the machine to give the key and the machine charged each person €48 euro again. How can we get the money back from Expedia or from the hotel? There is no human at the hotel. Thank you. James Wang gwongao@gmail.fom. Can you ask the hotel to refund us the €48 they charged to each of us. Thanks you
