많은 인원이 단체로 묵기에 최적 위치상 모알보알 나가기 힘들고 체크아웃 후 공항가는 비용이 비싸다 숙소 자체는 아주 만족스럽다

Favorite place to vacation

Place is beautiful and rooms were amazing. This was by far our favorite place to stay. There are 2 staff and they will help with anything you need and cook if you’d like. There is security posted overnight, although it did not seem unsafe at any time. The property manager Brian was amazing. Would highly recommend.

My family and I had an amazing stay at Villa Presito. Bryan was really easy to communicate with and helped us book a private driver to take us from our hotel in Lapu Lapu City to the villa. The grounds are so large and the villa is beautifully designed and decorated. We purposely cut down our itinerary so we could enjoy more time there, especially in the pool! The staff was really friendly and did a great job keeping things clean and helping with cooking. This is one of the best places I have ever stayed at!

Furniture is rustic Filipino with modern touches. Clean and very spacious property. It was too big for my party of 4 but I originally planned for 10 people so it would have been perfect for that. The beach was a bit disappointing and we only managed to walk on a lot of rough rocks and pebbles. The big infinity pool made up for the disappointing beach. The soaking tub was not functioning properly, water didn’t stay even when you plugged the drain. We just ended up using the showers. The kitchen and staff service was exceptional and very personal. The food was great, staff served according to our preferences from a menu of the resort next door and the coordination was seamlessly and pleasantly handled. The space needed a bit of maintenance around the pool but overall the service was great and made up for the minor issues.

모든 시설물이 고급스럽습니다. 전용 풀의 수질도 좋구요. 밤새 물교환 및 소독활동도 바람직합니다. 객실과 다이닝룸, 야외 거실에 있는 소품들이 소중한 것들로 진열되어 기분이 좋습니다. 앞바다의 물속 풍경이 정말 아름답습니다. 그리고 헬퍼들의 활동들이 적극적이고 활동적이라 좋았습니다. 주방과 다이닝룸의 모든 비품들이 완벽해서 더 준비해갈 것이 없었습니다. 욕실 내부시설도 꽤 좋은 품질이었어요. 수압이 약간 약한 것(그래도 불편하진 않았어요)만이 약점일 수 있겠네요.

A real hidden gem!

I loved every moment that I was there. It’s a beautiful villa that you can rarely find anywhere else. It’s beachfront, it’s perfect for a family outing. It’s really nice and spacious. Clean. Loved the interiors, the rooms! It might be a long drive going there but it is absolutely worth it! Have to say, It is a safe area. I’ll definitely visit again when i come back home!

fantastic place near Moalbial

I have stayed this place twice already, and I will stay 2 more times in near future. It means that Villa Presito is perfect place for any occasions. It is right on the beach front with most beautiful scenery in area. This brand new villa it self is most luxurious among the several tens of villa I have stayed before. Pool is very spacious and large enough for 10 people swim together. And it is well maintained with spacious wooden deck with nice beach chairs. Villa have seperate barbeque area with nice big table and chairs. and It even has wood fire pizza brick oven as well. Rooms are luxurious and spacious as well with open air bath,and beds are very comfortable There are 2 gazebos. One is at the top of villa with breathtaking seaview, and the other is on the sea which we used massage place with nature sound like wave and wind. They prepared cook for small fee who can prepare nearly 100 of foods varieties. We were very satisfied quality and taste.( bebeques, salads, soups, seafoods, deserts and etc) Staff were very friendly as well. Manager Bryon arranged verythings we requested, Marvin is super nice with big smile all the time, other girls are very friendly as well . We really satisfied for this stay,I can say it was better than perpfect. I think this place is hidden gem of Philippines. I am really looking forward to next stay which planed next January.
