Communication prior to arrival needs a lot of attention to make customers feel more secure with check in as there is a reception desk, wifi, powerpoints in the tents, guest kitchen with fridge, sink, microwave, bbq & kettle to prepare your own meals, but no cooking facilities, but there is small picnic set & esky in tents. There is a bus service for $45 per person from Broome, out 1.5hrs to Eco beach at 2pm & returns at 10am. No concessions.
The pool is small, but nice. The surrounding windows are filthy & sort of ruin that magical picture & feel of luxury.
The restaurant area is great, although windows are very dirty, long waits, very basic & limited menu & highly overpriced with small serves. A carrot cake is 9cm square with 3cm meringue & 1 sweet potato crisp $15! Drinks are great.
