Hola yo escojo ese hotel pero cuando fui no me querían cancelar por el motivo de tormenta de nieves en ese dia 2 de enero de 2022. Porque yo fui ese día para una visita a mi segunda madre y me falleció ese día y estuve que irme solo descanse una hora al hotel pero cuando ví que el tiempo estaba mal me fui y cuando entregué la tarjeta del cuarto y le expliqué a la persona me ignoro y como yo no hablo inglés lo traduci desde mi celular y lo negó de verlo el mensaje que yo lo traducia porque me estuve que irme de emergencia a mi casa en Reading PA estaba a 2 horas y medias de viajes... Era para ver si me podía dar el reembolso porque fue mala atención lo que trabajan en ese hotel... No me gustó para nada y cuando le enseñe desde mi celular el mensaje que era de emergencia sino me lo reembolsan voy a ir al servicio legales con abogado

Hola buenas tardes Sr. Juan latimosamente no se puede reembolsar ya que la habitacion fue usada si usted no hubiese echo el check in se le hubiera cancelado la reservacion. Basicamente usted estubo en la habitacion por una hora y ya no se podia limpiar.

La limpieza y orden es exelente el personas de limpieza. No puedo decir lo contrario de front desck no fueron tan amables y la tina de el ciarto estaba tapada. Observacion: los canales de cable ya no son buenos no hay nada de entretenimiento deverian de tener un servico de netflix o youtube los servicios locales son aburridos

At check in I was given key to room 142 which had already other customer inside and a sleep.
When returning to front office I was switched to room 149 and told that this is a premium room and will have snacks and beverages for the inconvenience, of course that was also not accurate.

The room was nice and clean. Only downside was no fridge or microwave and the bed probably needs to be changed you feel the bars theough the mattress.. also the other full time tenants are a bit rowdy 7 to 8am screaming yealling and fighting... other than that great stay.

In regards to the amenities mentioned, the room type that you booked does not offer a microwave or a refrigerator, only our deluxe 2 full bed, superior king and premium room which you can consider booking in the future.
