There are very few high end vacation homes with 4 primary suites on the Oregon coast that are beach front…..this is one of the finest.While our family group likes to stay at different homes for our trips to the coast, we will likely be returning to this home on a future visit.Thank you for making it available!

This house is amazing for a large group. The views are stunning. The two levels ensure space for all. Loved that each bedroom had its own bath. The seating is well appointed. The hot tub was a huge hit! Would definitely stay here again!

Vacation like a Millionaire

This is the best house we have chosen so far! Clean lines, new and modern. We celebrated our son’s birthday and watched the teenagers body surf from the hot tub! They loved the upstairs area with their own kitchen bar and tv and games to play. Two decks facing the ocean fire pit below to enjoy. Everyone had their own walk in shower and bedroom to relax in. Gorgeous sunsets, beautiful kitchen and huge island everything was perfect!

Amazing house in a perfect location

My family stayed here for a week and loved it.The house was perfectly clean and ready for us on checkin. We used the kitchen extensively, cooking many meals for the whole family, and found it to be one of the best outfitted kitchens we've stayed in. The upstairs kitchen wasn't used much, but having a second fridge was a bonus for drinks and other extras.The hot tub worked great (not always a guarantee in rentals!), and the views from the second floor balcony are really amazing, the listing pictures don't do it justice.We did laundry through the week and the washer and dryer were in good condition and worked well.The living room was a great place to hang out with everyone and was super comfortable, and the open floor plan meant everyone felt included.The location is close enough to "downtown" Rockaway Beach that you can walk there on the beach, or quickly drive in, but it's far enough away that on the beach you should usually have a lot of space to yourself.The only downside to the house that may not be clear from the pictures is that there really is NO direct beach access - there are stone "stairs" a few houses down (accessible by walking down the road), but they are just flat(ish) stones leading down, not real stairs with hand rails. For anyone older or with limited mobility, you will not be able to get to the beach from the house. Our older family members were happy to sit and watch from the fire pit area at the house, though.

Perfect house for a large group! Nicely appointed and all new appliances. It was in a lovely beach location The only thing we were disappointed about was the ping pong table no longer being there, when that was part of the reason we chose it.

Family Vacation

We had a fabulous time at this beachfront home — all 20 of us fit comfortably with plenty of room to relax and spread out. The layout is perfect for a large group, and the views were amazing. The kitchen was incredibly well stocked with everything we needed, and having two dishwashers made cleanup so much easier for a group our size. The common areas were spacious and inviting, and there was no shortage of seating inside and out. Communication with the host was smooth and responsive from start to finish. We were very happy with our spot for our getaway and look forward to staying here again in the future!

The house was lovely and exactly as described. Lots of things to do, plenty of room for the whole family, enough parking for four cars. Even the dogs loved it and I was so glad we could bring two. The kitchen was a dream. Cannot say enough good things about this place. Will definitely be back.

Fantastic views!

We loved our stay at this home. The views were amazing. The house had everything we could possibly need. We had a few challenges with a window that wouldn't close and we were given an incorrect code for the lock on the hot tub, but the property manager was very helpful. We were disappointed that the photos showed a picture of a ping pong table, which was not available. Otherwise, the home did not disappoint. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Such an amazing property! So clean, perfect for our group of 11. Amazing communication with property managers. So helpful and polite. There was a ping pong table in the photos that no longer existed, which would have been fun for our teen boys, but that was the only tiny disappointment. We'd definitely book again! Thanks!

Wonderful home and location

Perfect home for a family gathering over the holidays. Very clean, high quality furniture, lots of helpful amenities and supplies (three dishwashers!), and ample space for everyone. The host was extremely responsive to every question we had including technical questions as well as shipping back a forgotten item. Only small gripe was that a few things from the listing were not available/operational when we arrived (eg, fire pit was unavailable, mini splits in several bedrooms not working, no ping pong table). They did their best to accommodate most of these if we asked and none were dealbreakers… but would have been nice to know ahead of time. We would definitely stay again.

Spectacular house and and ocean-front location

The Pacific Ocean is right there (!), and it's dazzling as soon as you walk in the front door and look out through the floor-to-ceiling windows. The local area is unfortunately not in the same league as this house as far as restaurants go (unless you drive to say, Cannon Beach), but the house was beautifully clean and is so spacious, well-furnished, and comfortable that it's easy to "stay home" and just enjoy the view from the living room, the yard, a balcony, or the roomy hot tub. [BTW, the salmon from Neahkahnie Smoke House, a short drive north of the house, was the best we've ever had, by far]

Beautiful house right on the beach!

I stayed at The Sandmark with a group of friends for the second time already and will definitely be coming back in the future! This property is clean, modern, spacious, and our favorite part is that it's right on thd beach! We loved relaxing in the living room as we looked out on the ocean through the floor to ceiling high windows. The view is breathtaking. We also loved taking a dip in the ocean and then warming up in the hot tub located on the balcony of the 3rd floor. We would definitely recommend this property to others!
