Pros: clean, well decoratedCons: listing says fully stocked w everything needed - cookware, bakeware. I was coming to care for my son and DIL new baby - so cooking for 6 not just the 4 that can stay there, so I knew I would need to be creative. But ‘fully stocked bakeware’ does not mean to me : 1 half cookie sheet and 1 mixing bowl. No Pyrex dishes, no regular baking sheets. We had to purchase foil pans from the store. When I inquired w the host she told me I should bring it from home. I had just driven 10 hrs to get there. She said they didn’t want ‘clutter’ there. That response kind of set me off.Then we saw that the ‘Starbucks coffee’ supply was actually only 3 off brand pods (I don’t really care about Starbucks, but don’t advertise something you don’t supply) and I was told they only supply 4. To her credit, she did offer to drop some off later. Then found the Keurig didn’t work. Host said she would send a new one over and go through the start process so we could just plug it in and use it. When we got it, the box was open, but it still had the packaging tape on the machine??And finally, the first time I opened the dishwasher, it was empty, but had a funky rotting smell. We loaded it and when it was full, I noticed it already had a soap pod in the dispenser. Then discovered it wouldn’t turn on. No power. This is a beautiful and clean place to stay if you aren’t intending on utilizing the kitchen.
