"Quiet, clean and in a friendly neighborhood. Staying there took some of the stress out of my Mayo Clinic visits. I always worry about my follow-up visits, but a good quiet place to stay helps me let that go."

"Great space in a safe, convenient location near St. Mary’s campus. Comfy beds and current furnishings. Very easy in/out and garage space is a plus. I’d suggest the addition of basic spices, cooking oil, and coffee filters to get to an even better experience."

"The apartment was perfect for what we needed. Great location, the walk to the Mayo Clinic was super easy. It was nice that our kids were able to have a little bit of their own space to stretch out in after a few long days of appointments. Much better than staying in a hotel. Being able to cook for ourselves was also a HUGE plus."

"This was a very charming property. Check in was easy. Kitchen had all the necessities, including coffee and hot tea (lifesaver). A nice balcony patio was an added plus. Property was very clean. We cannot wait to return!! "

"I would not call this property upscale, but it was an older comfortable top floor of a house. Close to a few restaurants and a HyVee supermarket. Didnt like that we couldnt control the house temparature, it is in the apt below. Joanne who responds quickly, adjusted it, but still would be nice to have control as too cool in the am, too warm at pm. Joanne, thank you for a pleasant stay."
