Main level 1 bed, 1 bath apartment in a duplex. The unit has been completely renovated, all finishes and furnishings are new. Upgraded appliances, very clean and comfortable, it’s perfect if you re looking for something nicer but still affordable. The only shared space is the laundry. Traveling with some people but don t want to stay in the same unit, you rent the top, put the others in the lower level, you ll have the whole place. Disclosure: If driving is hard for you, this might not be your place to stay. The driveway is long and a hill, and there's no room to turn around at the top of the driveway in the parking area so you have to reverse down. It's really not that big of a deal in my opinion, but I've been doing it for 15+ years.
