Responsive landlord, Clean Property, Excellent Location

We visited Roanoke to attend a two-night concert at the Jefferson Center—about a two minute walk away. Downtown Roanoke was also within minutes of walking. Parking was convenient and safe. Highly recommend the location. The loft looks just like the listing photos: clean, well furnished, and beautifully decorated. This place exceeded our expectations.

Roanoke Adventure

I visited Roanoke for a friend's wedding. Packed my mountain bike and running shoes too, so was ready for anything. Loved the location and ease of check in/out. Also, the well appointed coffee bar in the apartment was cooking! This location will be my first choice when I return.

Great downtown spot

A great place with charm and convenience to downtown.Parking was super easy and very walkable access to downtown.The place was very chic, had a cool vibe and was very well laid out.We had guests over and appreciated the full kitchen.

A great place to stay!

The apartment was very conveniently located in downtown Roanoke. Only a few minute walk to some restaurants/breweries and no longer than a 15-minute walk to the busier downtown area. Check in was easy and Stephen was very quick with responses on the few questions we had during our stay. The apartment was clean, well equipped, and quiet. We will certainly be back!

A Little Gem!

We absolutely loved our one night stay at this beautiful loft. It had everything we needed, was extremely clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The decorative accents were fabulous and the location was easy to get to. Stephen was very responsive with communication and we highly recommend this property!

Beautiful renovation- walkable to restaurants

This is a clean, modern renovation. It is on a main road, but Roanoke is not that busy, so a few car engines weren’t bothersome. Nice big kitchen, very nice bathroom. The living room has an interesting wall of architectural glass block. The furnishings are modern & suit the space. The host provided detailed parking information. 2 main options: on street in front of building after 6 pm (I think) until 9 or 10 am. Or a parking garage across from police station 1/4 mi. To your right coming out of the building. Easy walk to shopping & restaurants!

Nice Downtown Location

We really liked the property. We sat out on the rooftop desk for the evening. We were in the middle of a 2 week trip and found this property to be just right for laundry to keep us going the second week. Very comfortable. We would stay here again.

Beautiful and quiet

We are in Roanoke every other year for a conference. The apartment was beautiful and just right for us. Even though it’s on a busy road, it’s still quiet and peace at night. The hosts were wonderfully attentive. We’ll definitely stay here again!

Near my race venue, walking distance to great food, bars, music and so well appointed! They had everything we needed and stuff we didn’t know we needed (first aid kit)! Loved being able to see the Roanoke Star from the roof deck. Our first visit to Roanoke. We would definitely come back!

Great Landing Zone

Stephen's place was a wonderful "base of operations" for four days of hiking near Roanoke. The bed was very comfortable and the apartment provided all the essentials,. The location was great, with a host of restaurants within walking distance. Finding a parking spot was not too difficult. The only downside was having to tote our stuff a few blocks when we were unloading and reloading the car upon arrival/departure.

Nice apartment…great stay.

My hubby and I had a great time in.m Roanoke. The apartment was just as listed and in a great location. We could have walked downtown if the weather was better. The only two things that were a little less than perfect was the mattress as it was slightly uncomfortable and the overwhelming air fresheners/plug-in. I didn’t lay around in the bed so beyond sleeping I wasn’t in the bed too long and I unplugged the air freshener and opened the window to help with the smell (I have sensitivity to strong scents). Those two things made the time spent in the apartment much better. The rooftop deck was gorgeous!! The host was an excellent communicator as he checked on us frequently. I would definitely stay again in if came back to the area.
