"We loved our stay at Villa De Rosas. Communication with Tony was terrific. Our condo was spacious and comfortable, and we loved being beachfront. It was close to many activities such as ruins, cenotes, and beaches. We needed to use two white noise apps on our phones and stick pillows in the wooden window slats in the bedroom to mask hallway sounds and doors closing, but this seemed easily do-able. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat!"

"This was a Graduation Summer Vacation trip for our daughter. We absolutely loved the property and the area. The only reason I gave it 4 stars on the description is that the 2nd full bath is actually up on the rooftop by the mini pool and not in the main house. Lots of room - very comfortable... maybe not for families with small children as the steps to the rooftop are steep but otherwise this is a great property for a small family and very conviently located with lots of walking distance...

"The condo was very comfortable with a wonderful view of the water, right in the middle of the curve of Half Moon Bay. The beach area was very nice with shade and lounge chairs for the condo. Entry to the water was rocky in most areas but could be navigated with care and the snorkeling was excellent. We saw lots of fish, some rays and one turtle.
