"The room looked better than the photos online. It was spotless and everything was just right - the linens, the carpet, the water temperature in the shower. Sam was an amazing host - when there was an issue with the booking and I encountered issues trying to resolve it with the booking platform - she was helpful and reassuring. My stay was comfortable and the breakfast was delicious - loved the granary bread and I forgot to ask Sam about the coffee - exceptional blend, I want to buy some....

"Family Room was very spacious , no toilet paper due to house keeping staff shortage informed through reception staff who supplied same mentioned . All staff we met appeared very polite and helpful . Buffet Breakfast was good with enough options available . Pool staff very helpful and areas well maintained and safe ."

"The staff really tried their best to help, but unfortunately the room itself was a huge disappointment. We booked the family room and it was very dirty — the shower curtain was covered in mould, and there were items like a comb and small toys left behind under the beds. Because of the condition of the room, I ended up paying an extra £100 just to move to another room so I could at least have a clean shower.
