"A very wecoming and traditional hotel. well carpeted and beautifully furnished in the quite residents lounge. Although i did not take my meals there, the dining area was really well laid out and would match most restaurants My room was larger then most singles at hotels i have visited. downstairs bar area was spacious and friendly, beer prices were very reasonable too. "the whole hotel was poorly run , the building itself is very poorly maintained and in desperate need of a complete refurbishment , the one and only lift is so slow it was quicker to walk from fith floor to the ground floor . the one good thing was the help yourself all you can eat breakfast , the lady who checked me in was very good and i was checked in within minutes . overall a very disapointing stay and will not use again"

"We only did a overnight stay as travelling, room was a lovely size, big comfy bed which we both had an amazing sleep in, only downfalls were some stains on the laminate flooring, the bathroom lock partially came off when attempting to use, a pack of tissues on the side with the hotel logo on it had something stuck to it which was a yellow in colour so they were put back where they were found. The room could have been cleaned a tad better but on a whole comfy night, helpful staff. The honesty...

"Martin was a fabulous host very knowledgeable about Blackpool, the room was very clean and a big king size bed to relax in. Breakfast was a typical full English or your cereals and yoghurts. If your looking for parking the Guest house has only 5 car parking spaces so first come first serve."

The breakfast was delicious catering for all tastes. I would highly recommend this hotel and this is where we will definitely stay on our next visit to Blackpool."

"Room overlooking out door pool, corridor outside wasn't cleaned properly. Upon check-in we were informed of £50 per nightcarge for damage. Thus putting £100 extra on the bill.Staff in restaurants very helpfull breakfast was very nice."
