"I like the a frame and owner was nice enough to allowed me to store my custom made kayaks in the garage. Liked the lake except for the Casting for Kids pro bass fishing Tournament. This is no place for a kayak while it’s in progress. Fortunately, Grayson Lake is in driving distance. Grayson has got to be the coolest flat water kayak lake. There is a nice 7 mile loop for hiking close by. "

"This is a beautiful property. It's new, clean, and spacious with lovely indoor and outdoor spaces to hang out. We love the large couch that fit all of us plus our two dogs (who also loved the house). The only issue that we had was that the kitchen wasn't outfitted fully for cooking and serving regularly beyond very basic things. We are providing the management company with a list of suggestions of what could be added so that the lovely kitchen can be utilized to its fullest potential. BTW, the...

"Everything was perfect from the booking to checkout. My husband and I live out of state but wanted to host our family and friends. This property exceeded expectations! The home was spacious and decorated beautifully for Christmas. It was both clean and well stocked with supplies. There is also plenty of parking. I highly recommend!"

"Joe’s place was just what we needed for a relaxing weekend away from home. We stayed in one of the yurts for the first two nights and a cabin on the last night we were there. Both were beautiful and had all the necessities we needed, however we LOVED the cabin as it had a little more privacy. There was a buffet dinner in the restaurant on Saturday and live band under the Pavillion which was so nice! Plenty of hiking trails and ATV trails for riders. "It was a very nice, clean apartment. Everything we needed was there. Very quiet. Once you find where it’s located it’s easy to get to. It is a second floor apartment so there are stairs to climb. Some people may need to know that. Overall we had an enjoyable stay. Very easy driving distance to Paintsville which was great for us. We recommend staying!"

"The home and linens were clean, plenty of living space. The house is like walking into a time capsule of your grandmothers home. Very small bathrooms, drafty window AC units still installed in late November, old TVs. No grill outside was disappointing. Tight single stacked parking. There is another small house on the same lot with multiple vehicles coming and going, combined with the close neighbors and there is limited privacy and no outdoor space."
