"Old Carriage House converted into a wonderful apartment. We loved the location of this stay. We were just a short walk down from Colchester Castle and High Street, where we could find a wide range of pubs, restaurants, and shops. The city centre train station was just a short walk away as well. Thank you to our host for the awesome check-in and also for the lift to the "other" train station for our trip back into London. "The farm that the hut was located in was great. Lots of animals around and it was really fun feeding the alpacas! Host was friendly and accommodating. Overall a great getaway from the city. The directions could have been clearer, there’s no mention that I could see of the farms name however this was quickly resolved by a 1 minute phone call to the host. "

"Beautiful little cottage with a vintage chic vibe. Stunning views from both of the bedroom windows, although not from the garden as the hedge was too high.We really loved the location close to the river with easy access to cafes and lovely walks along the beach and tow paths. The beds and sofas were comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. We enjoyed a very chilled and relaxing 4 days and would consider returning in the future."

"A few things didn't work. The kettle didn't work, the windows didn't shut properly ( cold and lots of road noise), the bedroom radiator stayed cold and the bath water never got warm. There were lots of chemical plug ins and chemical reed diffusers which were very strong and I felt quite sick. "

"Es la segunda vez que me quedo aquí. El hotel limpio, a dos pasos del aeropuerto, perfecto para ir a Londres y volver a un precio muy correcto. Es genial si además tienes un vuelo que sale pronto. El desayuno empieza sobre las 4am así que es un plus que tiene el hotel. Las habitaciones son amplias y limpias y las camas era de calidad. El desayuno tiene mucha variedad. Gracias."
