The welcoming and comfortable interior spaces are complemented by large outdoor spaces that allow you to spend a holiday in the utmost tranquility and privacy, enjoying a unique and unforgettable place.

The apartment 'consists of double bedroom, bathroom with shower, living room with sofa bed overlooking the large terrace overlooking the sea. The large kitchen overlooking the private garden on more than 20m. very quiet and with spectacular views where a large iron table and 'place in the shade of a pergola centennial. The cozy and comfortable interior spaces are complemented by large outdoor areas that allow you to spend a holiday in the utmost tranquility 'and privacy, enjoying a unique and unforgettable.

We stayed in the La Terrazza 85 apartment for 3 nights and loved it.If you are looking for that quaint Italian town feel, this is it.The kitchen had enough for the 2 of us.The bed was comfortable .The day bed in the living area is also. The main selling point is the veiw from the patio.Absolutely stunning. Be warned, you do not want to pack too much.There is no elevator at the train station or anywhere else. You will get your steps in. Our host Lorella could not have been more helpful. We would stay here again!

We loved our time here! The views are incredible and the apartment was actually bigger than we expected. Lorella was very helpful in making us feel comfortable and had great suggestions on where to go and how to get around. Would stay here again anytime!

Lots of stairs to arrive to the apartment but the view is worth it! Not far from the Manarola train station, so easy to come and go to the villages. Patio is very relaxing and host was very communicative. I’d happily stay here again!

Lovely stay
From start to finish our stay went smoothly...despite the inclement weather!Lorella was very welcoming, indeed we felt like we were visiting a relative. La Terraza is a homely place to stay, we just wish we could have enjoyed the magnificent terrace more than the weather allowed.

A beautiful retreat
First of our host Lorella was wonderful and very accommodating. The views are spectacular. We sat on the balcony continuously. The bed was comfortable and we had plenty of space. Would stay here again!

Lorella was a fantastic host, very responsive and had many good recommendations for dinners and activities during our stay. The apartment is clean and the outdoor patio is simply fantastic, very private with unbelievable views. Note there are a lot of stairs to get to the unit, but the view is worth it.

Loved this little flat in the sky with beautiful views of Manarola and the Mediterranean. Place needed some minor upkeep, but I would stay again. Wonderful host!

This is an amazing property near the top of a hill overlooking the town and with great views of the sea and hills. There is a large and comfortable terrace, small but functional kitchen and separate nice bedroom. There are many steps to reach the unit but it is worth the trek.

Amazing Cinque Terre views and location!
Lorella is a gracious host and communicated our pre arrival details as well as taking time to greet us in person and introduce us to the property and area. The views from the terrace and garden are amazing. The apartment is well maintained and decorated, and linens and bed very comfortable. An excellent stay overall!

Fantastic view
Great location close to restaurants, shops and hiking trails. Lorella was very helpful and made sure we knew about weather conditions. Paolo in the pioggia was very helpful with parking and transfers. Would definitely stay again.

Fantastic stay with an incredible view of Manarola. We stayed for 3 nights and really enjoyed the multiple living areas like the terrace and the private garden with beautiful landscaping and jasmine. Lorella greeted us at check in to give us helpful info about the property and the village. She was easily reachable and great to book with. We would recommend packing light due to up hill and lots of stairs but completely worth it.

Manarola vacation
We had an excellent visit in Cinque Terre- Lorella is an exceptional host making sure that we had everything we needed before & during our visit. The apt was comfortable & the views were amazing. I would recommend hiking in the am or the pm, using the trains/trekking pass & utilizing the shuttle when needed. We also booked the Stella Marina Beach one day & did a a sunset cruise with Arbaspaa. The view from La Regina is amazing for dinner. The cappuccino at La Erica was great & Hope to go back one day.

Best penthouse view on the planet!
We were blown away by our stay at Lorella’s beautiful guest cottage in Manarola overlooking the Ligurian sea, Manarola village and mountain vineyards! Lorella was the consummate host to welcome us to her home and village and to explain trails and restaurants nearby. It was a perfect space for a couple. Would highly recommend anyone to visit and would love to go back. Thank you Lorella for sharing your beautiful home with us!

Beautiful Terrace Apartment in Manarola
Lorella was very helpful in making us feel at home. Very quiet, spacious, and spectacular views! She also made reservations for us at a very "in-demand" restaurant. Trattoria Dal Billy is right downstairs and is an exceptional restaurant!
