"This is a remote place to stay, small, quiet, old and charming. It’s really only suitable for a couple maybe with children. The owner was there to meet us. He was thorough in acquainting us with the place and its amenities. We loved it. A real step back in time. "

"We spent some beautiful days with our little daughter in the house of Renata. She is really kind and serious about hosting and really tries to help where she can. The house is in a very good state as it was just renovated (July 2018) and it was clean and provided a lot of helpful infrastructure like a dishwasher and a washing machine but also things like deckchairs for sunbathing."

"We were so pleased to find a rental located in the quaint village of Corniglia. The place was clean and the terrace on the rooftop had breathtaking views of the coastline. We did not receive check in instructions until the day of arrival so we would have preferred communication in advance. The showers are quite small and there are steps to manage with your luggage but we managed without any difficulty. We were overall very pleased with the rental and would visit again."

"Lots of steps but totally worth every step. The upstairs bedroom with window open, listening to the sea - it’s just a dream. Loved the cute kitchen and we made several meals here with ingredients from stores just a short walk away. We hope to be back next year!"

"We stayed here for three nights (in Oct 23) of our month vacation in Italy. This was one of our favorite stays. The view is stunning, & we enjoyed dinner and drinks from the roof top watching the sun set. This is on the top of the cliff but the walk up was pretty easy, it’s just up a gentle sloping walkway from middle of town. The multiple levels in the apartment were no issue for us…we are 61 & 57. The apartment had portable air conditioners that worked great. In fact we are going to buy some...

Everything was as advertised and Gaia was an amazing host, who made the check in easy and who helped us with wonderful recommendations! Would highly recommend this place for a family who wanted to be close to Monterosso but have space to themselves!"

"Excellent communication with owner who was very accommodating with times. Place was clean and the location could not be better! Totally walkable and close to train station. I loved how she made many extra touches to make our stay including light snacks and morning coffee/tea supplies. Highly recommend."

"Das Haus von Elias liegt am Ende einer schmalen, teilweise etwas steilen Straße. In etwas mehr als 5 Minuten ist ist man mit dem Auto in der Altstadt von Arcola, die ein wunderbares Labyrint aus alten Gassen und Häusern am Berg ist (zu Fuß haben wir knapp 15 Minuten gebraucht). Das Haus hat fast alles, was man für einen Ferienaufenthalt braucht. Elias und seine Familie sind hilfsbereit und per WhatsApp gut zu erreichen. Als wir nach einem zweiten Topf gefragt habe, hat Elias ihn am Abend gleich...

"El hotel tienw una vista bellisima al mar pero es extremadamente incomodo: las habitaciones estan en una pendiente fuerte (hay que subir y bajar mas de 70 escalones de las habitaciones a la recepcion. En adicion, esta en las afueras de Riomaggiore - en la montaña, solo comunicado por bus que pasa irregularmente cada 2 horas o a veces cada 4 horas... cada viaje cuesta 2.50 euros. No recomendable para quien quiera conocer Cinque terre..."

"Riomaggiore es un pueblo encantador en un espacio abrupto (de ahí sus numerosas escaleras), pero que merece la pena visitar. El apartamento está muy bien ubicado y resulta acogedor, aunque el aprovisionamiento de cocina y baño es algo reducido. A tener en cuenta si se va en Noviembre que encontraremos mayor calma por disminución del número de turistas, pero gran parte de los restaurantes y otros servicios están cerrados por periodo vacacional que se alarga hasta marzo. Ojo porque la ruta...
