"Our apartment was very comfortable, clean, and had a great shower in the bathroom - the best shower we had anywhere in Tuscany. Our host, David, was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Our apartment was on the top floor and the stairs are very steep. However, it is located near the bottom of the hill coming from the train so you don't have to drag your luggage up the hill. "The apartment was clean but there were not toilet paper, not hot water, not microwave or any kitchen utensils. The communication was awful, responded hours after texting the host. The location is very pretty but really difficult to get there, lots of stairs. "

"El hotel tiene una excelente ubicación puedes llegar caminando desde la estación del tren, las instalaciones recién renovadas en un edificio antiguo, super limpia la habitación, buen tamaño y el personal muy amable siempre, el desayuno bueno sin ser excelente si lo tienen incluido en el precio está bien, si no es mejor salir a desayunar a los lugares que están muy cerca."
