Stunning View & Total Relaxation!

Our stay at this property was absolutely perfect! Perched on stilts, the house offered breathtaking views of the river—truly a sight to wake up to. The peaceful and quiet surroundings made for such a relaxing getaway, and we felt completely safe the entire time.The home’s design was ideal for our extended family, providing both comfort and functionality. Working with Karen was seamless—she was responsive and helpful throughout.We only wish we had more time to enjoy the fire pit and hot tub, but that just gives us another reason to return. And we definitely will! This house is a gem, and we can’t wait to come back just to soak it all in again.

Amazing views & peaceful getaway!

This house is in the perfect location to relax and get away from the business of life. The view is outstanding and the deck is so spacious to spend time on. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was equipped well enough. We enjoyed the gas and pellet grills. The only immediate need is that the tv/sound system is terrible. The speakers are blown and the audio was horrible. This could be an easy fix. We were really looking forward to watching a movie after the sunset, but the sound was so terrible we had a difficult time. We all agreed we would absolutely stay there again, but would need to make sure this issue was addressed or bring our own tv/soundbar.

We love inspiration Point!! That view of the Brazos River valley from the huge back deck is just incredible!! A cozy & comfortable space for time with friends. Love having three bedrooms with king size beds for 3 couples!...& Excellent communication with Karen. We will be back!

Gorgeous View!

What a beautiful and comfortable property! While not easy to get to, the stunning views are well worth the effort. This is a pack your groceries, your favorite beverage, and just sit for a few days sort of place.

This is the 4th time we’ve stayed here. It’s the perfect place for my friends and me to relax, play games, watch a movie, and just rest on that amazing back porch with the incredible view!

Our son gotarried in Blum over the weekend and we picked this house for the weekend festivities. This was a wonderful location to escape and relax at the end of each day. My young kids, husband, and FIL were all able to enjoy different elements of the property.

Getaway With the best view

We had an amazing stay at this property! We needed a place to live as our house had water damage and we came soon this house. The pictures do NOT do it justice as you will find as soon as you walk in the door! Very spacious, clean, cosy and truly a place to relax and reset. I had my wife , 5 month old and 2 dogs with me, Host was amazing and very communicative and understanding of our early check in/ out needs. Would highly recommend this property for you and your family as it’s a best kept secret with an amazing view. Will be returning soon !

Amazing home to get away from it all

Inspiration Point was an absolutely amazing weekend getaway. It was exactly what the doctor ordered. Comfortably furnished, quiet and relaxing. The back deck and hot tub are exactly what you need to unwind and get away from it all. Karen is a most amazing host. She is easy to communicate with and she make sure that everything is perfect. We will be coming back soon, I promise you that.

No doubt this house has a great view

Wonderful view. Quiet street. Perfect for the quiet weekend we were looking for!! Closest restaurants/grocery are either Rio Vista (limited) or 30 minutes to Cleburne (less limited). Kitchen has basic pots/ pans/utensils - what you need to cook. Outside grill is great! There is even a Traeger. Hot tub was nice. Though it does lean to one side, and will over flow. Be careful. The tub seemed level, so not sure if issue is tub or deck. TV has Dish. We brought our Roku to stream. Easy hook up as the TV was not very big and easy to move to find the port. Beds were comfortable and the sheets/towels were nice quality. We didn’t use the master bedroom as the picture window was blocked by a dresser. Another room has a similar window that is not blocked so we used that room. Lots of ceiling fans and good aircon airflow! House stayed very cool in the heat of the day and at night! Intake vents need a vacuum; most likely the reason for the dust spread in the house. We travel with Clorox wipes and put those to use. Loved the map of the area painted mural on the wall. Nice old world style that fit the decor of the house. The pictures don’t fully reveal the taxidermy on the walls, in case this isn’t your jam. Reminder that you do have to pay a refundable damage deposit. Not sure how damage is assessed or fixed when the renter leaves as there is obvious prior damage. Our deposit was refunded. Overall, house had a great view. We will return to the area, just not to this house.
