"Bottom of apartment door rubs, which makes it a bit difficult to enter. (Best bet was to kick the bottom of the door.) I would have liked some sort of communication with the property owners, even just an email to say “Let us know you’ve arrived and have settled in.” It was very much an absentee landlord experience."

"Habitaciones viejas con muebles viejos, buffete desayuno lo quitaron antes de las 11.30 am , el valet parking un desastre nunca encontraban las llaves y si te quejas en recepción solo te dicen que lo maneja una empresa ajena al hotel y eso es todo, no se hacen responsables."
