Peaceful

We were looking for a cozy place to relax after days out and about. This place was perfect! Quiet and perfectly located between the beach at Tybee Island and Historic Savannah! Will definitely book again for the next trip to the area.

Cute little place!

Very clean and quant little spot to lay your head. Didnt have much time to stay, but was all a needed for a safe place to spend the night.

Quaint Carraige House

We were only at the carriage house for one night but it fit our needs perfectly and we would consider it again on our next trip down to Savannah. It was exactly as advertised and we were very pleased with it.

Cozy and quiet

The Carriage House was cozy, quiet, and clean. The location is in a pleasant, attractive neighborhood that is conveniently located to all the attractions in Savannah. This is a perfect place for a couple looking for a two or three day get-a-way. The listing and pictures accurately show the House and all its amenities. I would certainly recommend it to others.

Cute lil house

We weren't sure what to expect with it being in the backyard of a house but we were very surprised. It is perfect for a couple that wants to be close to Tybee. It was very clean and the place was adorable. We loved the little signs posted throughout. The host Steven was great. Very straightforward and answers any questions you have right away. We would make a suggestion though.... maybe an awning or something that you could sit under outside when it rains. Thank you for making our stay memorable!

BUYER BEWARE! It was 36 degrees outside and we weren't getting any heat in a pretty small space 380 sq ft. Got through the night and reached out to host first thing in the morning - they offered a space heater. We declined as I am not comfortable with them due to a previous incident with a family member. Offered a blanket. That wasn't going to help. Was never offered help troubleshooting assistance or to have a member of what they later referred to as the Maintenance TEAM come out to help us. Just started quoting policy and procedure, then after we vacated asked for proof we didn't have heat. What the heck. We are mature 60 year old adults and were treated pretty poorly. Ruined Thanksgiving vacation since we had to vacate and drive six hours back home. I'm sure they'll have some clever response to this and the place was quite lovely otherwise - clean and just perfect for what we needed, but it was COLD. A little compassion and assistance could have possibly solved this since they said it was working fine when they sent a member of the team AFTER we left and then basically accused us of being dishonest about it. We directly messaged them as soon as we vacated, but could not modify or cancel the booking with vrbo. Host then told us since we didn’t cancel, they wouldn’t refund anything. Had to fight with vrbo about all this since the Host fell silent.

Our anniversary stay

This property is such a nice getaway! While it's located in their backyard, you are completely away from the renters Andy and Steve (who btw are amazing). Andy and Steve gave us so many ideas for stuff to do and food places to choose from. You are about 15 minutes from downtown and 15 min from the beach. The spot can be small so not for the claustrophobic but worked well for us. The shower is amazing. Lastly, the bed is a full so if you are used to a queen or king it can be a tight fit but worked well for us!

Super Cute and Cozy!

I absolutely LOVED this place. It was cute, quaint, peaceful, and clean. Steve and Andy were amazing. Easy to talk to and ask questions if needed. I would definitely stay there again!! P.S. I love all the notes they have through the cottage :)

Simply ok

This property is more like an efficiency apt. It was very clean and met our needs; however, very small bed, not a full size refrigerator but more like dorm. Bathroom was very nice. Had problem with signing into WIFI which Steve addressed. Also, yard in need of TLC. We cut our stay a day short because bed was too small and pull out sofa not comfortable for us. We were on the go and hate to complain. Note that we ate in our 70's..much younger and above complaints may not matter.

Cute back yard oasis

This was a cute little place, only 15 to downtown Savannah. It was in the back yard but very private. The host were very helpful and had good communication. We would definitely stay here again!

Southern hospitality at its finest!

We had a wonderful stay here. We drove up for a four day getaway and couldn't be happier. We met Steve on the day we left for home. Super nice guy. The Carriage House is such a cool place. Even though it's located behind their home you would never know it. Beautiful yard and garden area and very quiet. I would recommend this all day every day!

Perfect Couple Getaway

Steve and Andy have the perfect location centered between downtown Savannah and Tybee Island. Their property is so pretty with the fruit trees, flowers and greenery. You can tell that a lot of thought went into their renovation to turn the carriage house into a vacation rental. The finishes are next-level and you can feel the love that they put into everything.

Fantastic Short Weekend!

First time staying in Savannah since my one time as a kid, needless to say, this was a great place! Steven & Andy had a wonderful place for us, nicely decorated, lots of lovely notes and instructions laid out for us… Everything was just as we needed. The location was great for a quick drive into town, or for a spontaneous day trip to St. Augustine! Lovely place to come back to and crash at while we were in town. Would definitely come back if we’re around the area!! Thank you again!

The Perfect Place

The property was perfect for our little family of three! The carriage house was gorgeous, super clean, and a great location between Savannah and Tybee. Steve was awesome and helped us find some great places to eat as well! We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back when we travel to GA again!

Look no further!

Steve & Andy have an awesome place. The location is perfect for both Savannah and Tybee Island. If you're looking for peace and quiet and a blissful night of sleep, this is it! Our little dog loved it too. Great neighborhood for a morning or evening walk. Fabulous shower too with nice towels and roomy bathroom.
