"We had a great experience at Swanky Retreat. We had everything we needed and it was very clean. The location is next to train tracks, but it wasn't an issue for us because we were awake so it didn't disturb us. Host was very responsive. Was not in a "fancy" part of downtown but we felt safe and it was an easy 20 min or so walk to the downtown waterfront area and a 5 minute drive to wedding venue which is why we were there. "House was great and in a great location. We flew to Wilmington so to have coffee pods and some snacks upon arrival was so nice. The option to buy a bottle of wine or champagne was also a nice option. We loved being able to smoke OUTDOORS with a groovy place to sit. Hostess was communicative and helpful. Loved having Barzarre right behind us with fun options!"

"The location was perfect. I got a parking ticket for being 5 minutes late placing the parking pass in the window. We arrived early and paid to park but the parking lot guard had no mercy. The refrigerator did not have a freezer. But the place clean with a great view. Elevators were fast."

There was a main water break in corner of the street the night before our last, but it was not communicated to us, we happened to walk by it, so I sent a message to the property manager to let them know (so they could let the other tenant know as well) but never heard back from him/her.
