Great spot

Location fantastic, able to walk all downtown. Highly recommend Concorde Espresso Bar 2 blocks away. Bnb was cozy with cute character. It was great to stay in a historic house and get that unique experience. Comfy couch, very clean, had all the amenities we needed, fans were great during the warm weather. Free parking is a treasure!

Really great spot. Situated on Front St. minutes from coffee, bars/restaurants and shops. The bedroom had a ton of space and the bed was very comfortable. The snacks and water were an added touch after a long drive. Having a parking spot located behind the unit was a real win!

Great place to stay in Wilmington!

The owners of this property ensured that we had everything we would need during our stay, with much appreciated additional touches including an umbrella by the door, a bowl full of treats to eat, and coffee/condiments for the Keurig coffee maker. Also, the location is second-to-none! We had short and easy walks to the historic downtown area, the charming neighborhood houses, and the Riverwalk.

Great space in the heart of Downtown Wilmington

Our second time coming here, it’s a great and cozy place with all the amenities. Easy access to the riverwalk, downtown where great restaurants are and all within walking distance. The Condo Rivière also has parking in the back of the home so no need to be looking for a spot. All around great spot to be!

Very cute apartment and the area is wonderful!

This place covers it all. You can easily walk down to the river walk and the restaurant row is very close by. Plus if you have car, they have a spot for you that’s easily accessible. We will stay again when we’re in the area!

Terrific Getaway Accommodations

This apartment was so perfect. We lacked for nothing. It was walking distance to many restaurants but we found ourselves returning to the closest ones bc they were so good. Great trip.

Get-away to Wilmington

We took a chance on Wilmington for a get-away week and weren't disappointed. The condo was in the historic district which was great. Very nice neighborhood to take a walk through and a short walk to the Cape Fear River Boardwalk. The condo itself was well supplied with coffee and other kitchen essentials. Newer stove top, microwave and coffee maker. The bedroom is upstairs, so if going up and down stairs is an issue it could be a challenge. Also getting heavy luggage up to the bedroom needs to be considered. However it is a nice size bedroom and bathroom with plenty of bath towels. We had a good internet connection and a nice size TV with plenty of streaming choices. We also appreciated the parking spot reserved for us. It was easily accessable and conveniently close to the entrance of the condo. Overall we really enjoyed our stay. Plenty of things to do; the weather was good at this time of year(early April); not too crowded with tourists; so much history to explore; great restaurants and pubs; beautiful sunsets along the river. I would recommend it!

Great location and super comfy!

I loved the neighborhood this house is located in! I could walk downtown, had parking at the house and was very comfortable sleeping. The kitchen was great - well stocked with dishes and cooking pots. I was visiting my daughter who goes to UNCW and was able to make lots of her favorite foods to leave with her. A total bonus to all the great meals we ate out. The hosts were so helpful and easy to communicate with. Lots of extra little welcoming snacks, coffee and toiletries left for us. Would definitely stay again.
