As noted in the listing there is not on-site laundry at this cabin, there is a shared laundry facility that is available for guest use that is located on the property but is not internal to the cabin. While we've noted this in the description and the listing photos we're sorry that it was unclear at the time of booking. Since your departure we've had the upholstery in the cabin professionally cleaned. Given the rustic nature of this cabin there are at time an occasional spider web. We do our best to address these items during guests departure cleans and arrival checks. We always encourage guests to reach out to us during their stay if they encounter any issues. If you would have contacted us we would have gladly sent someone out to address the spider web and other items as soon as we were notified so you could continue enjoying your vacation.
