  • Bike, Hike, Fish, Hunt, Swim, Peddle, Paddle or just relax in this Family Friendly cabin! This is the PERFECT location for all your adventures in the PA Wilds! Views of the Clarion River and the Arroyo Boat Launch from the front of the wrap around deck. Great indoor and outdoor space to enjoy the beauty of the Allegheny National Forest surrounding the Cabin on all sides! Cook Forest, Farmers Inn, Historic Ridgway, Benezette Elk Herd and the Elk Country Visitors Center are all nearby. Linens and towels included.

We enjoyed our stay at the cabin. This was our third time here. It is always clean and is well equipped with everything we need. We will definitely be back. Hal is a wonderful host.

Allegheny national forest

We run of this property for a hunting trip it was an amazing cabin we really enjoyed ourselves lots of wildlife would highly recommend this for anybody for hunting or Just a getaway

Guys getaway

Great place for a father and son weekend! Warm and cozy. The winter hiking was beautiful, creeks, waterfalls, and caves. Would love to come back in warmer weather.

Always a treat to stay here. I think this was our 7th time staying at this beautiful cabin so that says a lot! It is perfect for kayaking, hiking, or just reading a book on rainy days. We will definitely return next year. Thanks Hal.

Beautiful cabin

Beautiful cabin with a direct view of the clarion river. Cabin was fully equipped with everything you need-towels, wifi, fully stocked kitchen. We have a great time.

Great Getaway

We were VERY pleased with our stay. Hal is a fantastic host and responded quickly when we had an issue with the tv. One note...if you stay during the week, be sure to call places to see if they are open before making the drive. We found some places closed - despite Google saying they were open.

wonderful, peaceful and convenient

the cabin is only 20 minutes from stores and restaurants but you'd think you were in the middle of nowhere. very minimal traffic and wildlife galore, I loved it and my daughter loved it even more. very convenient to the river and kayaking and we were able to take advantage of that on our stay

Relaxing Getaway

The wrap around porch and gas grill made our stay exquisite! You feel like you’re in the woods, but the location is very accessible. We saw/heard so many different kinds of birds, it was wonderful!

We will be back some other time beautiful cabin, great location, no neighbors great to see the river and all the woods. We did lotta hiking.

Opening Day of Trout

Convenient location to local streams. A nice, clean, warm place to return to after a successful day of fishing. We will be returning to it again.

A Christmas to Remember

We booked this cabin over the Christmas Holiday, and this cabin was a key player in making our Christmas Dreams come true. The cabin is awesome: the decor, the layout, the woods, the river. Perfection.
