Amazing views!

We’ve rented many vrbo’s and this was one of the best! The house was clean. The owners were great with communication. The views were spectacular and we enjoyed watching the wildlife graze in the fields while sitting in the hot tub.

This house is such a lovely, peaceful, private place to stay! We enjoyed star-gazing and the daytime views from the hot tub, and preparing our own meals in the large kitchen. We were very entertained watching the wildlife outside the windows, especially the chipmunks and hummingbirds! We visited Ouray, Ridgway, and Telluride. There are lots of hiking opportunities in the area which include spectacular views and waterfalls. Highly recommend.

Our stay at Redrock Overlook was amazing! We enjoyed watching the wildlife and exploring the property. Even made it to the rope swing! Close to town but also secluded. It had all of the amenities and then some. Loved the hot tub! Just perfect!

Amazing View

Had a little hick up at the beginning of stay, no fault of anyone's. Hot water heater went out. Hosts were amazing and jumped on getting it fixed asap. I cannot praise the DAN and SHERI enough, best host ever!! The home was so beautiful, the views were amazing. Pictures don't do it justice. 12/10 recommend!!!!!

Amazing Christmas getaway!

This stay was beyond perfect, the view from the house alone was better than I could have imagined! House had everything we needed to cook our meals. My young children loved the view from the big window, games, and kid movies. The communication with the hosts was great (this is a really important thing for me). Long weekend

This was an amazing stay; we felt like we were miles from everything, but we were just minutes from all. Highly recommended this for a great relaxing get-a-way with amazing views and a short drive to attractions. The host are very helpful.

Beyond expectations

The property was beautiful and so conveniently located. It is very private with a short drive to Ouray and Ridgeway. We woke up every morning and watched Elk grazing on the other side of the field from the private hot tub. The inside was so beautiful and cozy. The owners were the sweetest people ever, and we are so grateful that we ran into them before they left! 10/10 for everything about this place. We will be back soon!

Great Location to Experience the San Juan Mountains

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the privacy of Red Rock Overlook. This secluded, but accessible spot provided just what we were looking for in a mountain getaway. We highly recommended it.

Ouray Jeep Vacation

Had a great week long stay. This house is in an amazing location. Nicely furnished with everything you need. The hot tub was a great way to relax after riding the local Jeep trails all day long. Love the area, and will probably return again in the future. Thanks for a great week!

Great cabin & location

This was the perfect location for our first time in the area. Easy access to Ridgway, the turnoff to Telluride, and a quick drive to the Black Canyon. Only 6 miles to Ouray and tons of off road trails. The hot tub is really nice after a long day. Nice size kitchen. Very homey. Nice washer/dryer set also. Would absolutely stay again!

Amazing getaway in the San Juan mountains

We had an amazing stay at this property near Ouray, CO. Nestled in the mountains, it offered a perfect secluded getaway with breathtaking stargazing opportunities. The home was thoughtfully equipped with a wide array of amenities that made our stay comfortable and convenient. We especially appreciated the curated art throughout the house, which added a unique and personal touch. It truly felt like a home away from home, and we can't wait to return.

Home Away from Home with a spectacular setting

Dan and Sheri have done an amazing job of creating a home away from home for their guests in a spectacular setting. You are close to Ouray and Ridgway but removed from the hustle of both unless you want to be. We were in town for a wedding and could not have picked a better spot. The views in the daytime and at night are wonderful. Dan and Sheri have thought about ever you need for a great stay. Dan was great at communicating about the house and the area. The check in and check out process was easy. One thing to note about getting up to Red Rock Overlook is the driveway that takes you up to the house. It is fairly steep to get you up above things quickly. Nothing you can’t negotiate in most cars. It added to the appeal for us. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Family vacay

This house was perfect for our family vacay! The communication was great and the views were priceless. There was plenty of space for our family to be able to spend time together either sitting outside around the table or in the hot tub, sitting around the living room area or just sitting around the kitchen table. The hummingbirds on the deck while enjoying my tea in the morning was a bonus!
