If you want a private home close to Ouray, Ridgway, or Montrose, look no further. We enjoyed our stay for 6 nights. The place has EVERYTHING you would need. The hosts are fabulous and are very clear in communication. You will get some critters at the back door. We made friends with the chipmunks, bunnies and spotted some deer. The place is exactly as advertised.

We did not want to leave after our week’s vacation at this home! Dan and Sheri are the epitome of gracious and thoughtful hosts! They have literally thought of everything you may need while you are on vacation. The home was immaculate and very comfortable. We enjoyed caring for the outdoor chipmunks and hummingbirds, with guidance from the hosts. There was plenty of room for our family of five to spread out and enjoy. We ate both on the deck and in the dining room. We enjoyed the hot tub multiple nights, looking up at all the stars. We loved not being in a neighborhood and felt secluded with the mountains as our scenery. We also loved the location, the close proximity to both Ouray and Ridgway. We also enjoyed the photography by the hosts, displayed throughout the home. We hope to return again in a few years!

Amazing views!

We’ve rented many vrbo’s and this was one of the best! The house was clean. The owners were great with communication. The views were spectacular and we enjoyed watching the wildlife graze in the fields while sitting in the hot tub.

This house is such a lovely, peaceful, private place to stay! We enjoyed star-gazing and the daytime views from the hot tub, and preparing our own meals in the large kitchen. We were very entertained watching the wildlife outside the windows, especially the chipmunks and hummingbirds! We visited Ouray, Ridgway, and Telluride. There are lots of hiking opportunities in the area which include spectacular views and waterfalls. Highly recommend.

Our stay at Redrock Overlook was amazing! We enjoyed watching the wildlife and exploring the property. Even made it to the rope swing! Close to town but also secluded. It had all of the amenities and then some. Loved the hot tub! Just perfect!

Amazing View

Had a little hick up at the beginning of stay, no fault of anyone's. Hot water heater went out. Hosts were amazing and jumped on getting it fixed asap. I cannot praise the DAN and SHERI enough, best host ever!! The home was so beautiful, the views were amazing. Pictures don't do it justice. 12/10 recommend!!!!!

Amazing Christmas getaway!

This stay was beyond perfect, the view from the house alone was better than I could have imagined! House had everything we needed to cook our meals. My young children loved the view from the big window, games, and kid movies. The communication with the hosts was great (this is a really important thing for me). Long weekend

This was an amazing stay; we felt like we were miles from everything, but we were just minutes from all. Highly recommended this for a great relaxing get-a-way with amazing views and a short drive to attractions. The host are very helpful.

Beyond expectations

The property was beautiful and so conveniently located. It is very private with a short drive to Ouray and Ridgeway. We woke up every morning and watched Elk grazing on the other side of the field from the private hot tub. The inside was so beautiful and cozy. The owners were the sweetest people ever, and we are so grateful that we ran into them before they left! 10/10 for everything about this place. We will be back soon!

Great Location to Experience the San Juan Mountains

Ouray Jeep Vacation

Had a great week long stay. This house is in an amazing location. Nicely furnished with everything you need. The hot tub was a great way to relax after riding the local Jeep trails all day long. Love the area, and will probably return again in the future. Thanks for a great week!
