"NO HEAT, NO LAUNDRY, NO HELP, NO VERBAL COMMUNICATION. The first evening we arrived the heat would not come on in the apartment. Communication was only provided by texts through Expedia and 3 requests for help were not answered. We ended up heating the apartment with the oven door open and a box fan. The temperature outside was 42 degrees F in the morning. That day while we were away someone came and turned on the heat and entered our apartment and turned the thermostat down. "Good setup for us, convenient and quiet location. Glad to have efficient air-conditioning as it was a very hot and humid week! Would have liked a second washcloth. (There was only one for 2 people). Rooms were clean and comfortable. Thanks!"

"This was a perfect 2 bedroom apartment for our needs in a house with grassy yard. It was 5-10 minutes from Burlington and a convenient location, big driveway for parking. Great bagel place Green Mountain Bagels up the street. Everything was very clean and extremely comfortable. Errin was very attentive made sure the check in process was easy; and offered any assistance, which we did not need! Would recommend!"

"The location is fantastic. I parked when I got there and didn’t move the car until I left. I saw Church Street and the downtown area, walked along the lakefront and hiked up to and around the University. The neighborhood is full of students and the place reminded me of my college studio apartment. It’s nicely decorated but the floor slants and the place is small. Without the cleaning fee it’s a good value but the fee makes it a little pricey for what you get."

"Location excellent, was in walking distance to church st marketplace, restaurants, coffee shops, bars etc. Appreciated having a dedicated parking spot & apartment was easy to access. Very petite but efficient room, had everything we needed and was very quiet at night."
