Hoteles en R'habet Zbib, Fez

"La habitación estaba muy limpia y el alojamiento en general. Los chicos en todos fueron muy amables."

"Great staff, great road, we will come back "

"El desayuno abundante. Personal muy implicado y servicial. El Riad espectacular. Comida excelente. El acceso es un poco difícil, pero a la segunda vez, ya eres experto."

"Es la segunda Vez que nos alojamos y mejor que la primera. Es realmente cómodo para moverte por la Medina. Seguro que volvemos"

"Habitación agradable y limpia, el personal muy amable y servicial. Buena ubicación "

"We only stayed one night but would have enjoyed staying longer. The staff was very friendly. The manager was very helpful with tips about the medina and the surroundings and was a genuinely lovely person. The Riad was a bit tricky to find with Google maps since we were sent in directions we were not allowed to go through. The last 50 m you have to walk since the Riad is located in one if those narrow alleys. The entrance is very unassuming with only a dark metal plate next to the door giving the...

"There was no pool outside despite the listing. The tiny pool inside the riad was typical and authentic, meant only for charm, decoration and to keep the dwelling cool in the heat of summer. Crucially, the listing must explain the connection between the Riad Almaz and the (nearby) hotel, Palais de Fes, and the hotel’s address, where the included breakfast is served daily. The listing must advise that transfer from the airport should be to the hotel, not the riad (which only very very local people...

"Il riad e' bellissimo. Abbiamo cenato dentro al riad, una cena deliziosa ed esclusiva (eravamo in 4!) i cortili sono bellissimi, le stanze hanno le lenzuola bianche e pulite, cosa che apprezzo moltissimo. Colazione eccellente."

"Very good location, near Rcif palace where taxi and tour bus drop off/pickup from Room is very clean and well maintained Staff are very friendly and helpful"

"Next to the main road where you can get a taxi. The proprietors were kind and constantly inquired us about our stay to make sure we were well taken care of."

"He tried to cancel us 2 hours before check in. He said that is because he works with multiple platforms at the same time and had overbooking. We witnessed two other couple of customers with similar situations, one of them being told upon arrival. In the end, first night we stayed in another hotel booked by him and next night we had to move again to the hotel originally booked without being told with enough time, however he asked us to move again and we refused."

"Expedia rates this Riad as "impressive". Well, they're many impressive riads in Fez, but this is not one. The building is nice and could be a wonderful riad, but it's poorly managed and maintained with a result far worse than in pictures. It's definitely not a 4 starts hotel, as pretended, rather a B&B. Two people take turns 24 hours, sleeping in the sofas. They do their best, but this is not the kind of service one can expect. Breakfast is correct, not excellent. The rooms in the upper floor...
