The house provided access to an affordable family beach vacation with the bonus feature of a pool that was private and well kept. The arcade was great for late night gaming and everything was comfortable and clean. We would absolutely choose this listing as a vacation spot for our family again! "

"The keyless process was broken. I had to wait 30 minutes for the key. The woman who brought the key had instructions to stay in the house with us. I was shocked since I rented the entire house for my family. The woman sat in the kitchen as if she were part of the stay and the family. The house was not 100 percent clean and had an unpleasant smell. The air conditioning upstairs didn't work. "We stayed for one night on our way to somewhere else. The house was close to I95, clean and the neighborhood was quiet and safe. The host sent the checkin instructions in advance and we had not issues getting into the house with the provided code. There was a coffee maker with coffee pods and snacks. The only thing I would suggest is adding a bit more cutlery (we found 3 forks and 3 spoons) and a couple more stainless steel pots (there was just a small one)."

"Courtney and John, from start to finish, were AMAZING! From booking to check out, everything went seamlessly. The property itself was beautiful and well maintained. The beds were comfy and everything was clean. John and Courtney were able to accommodate an earlier check in for us which was wonderful. The hot tub was relaxing and very easy to use! Looking forward to coming back in the future. "
