"This is a cosy yet spacious property, with a large bathroom and a large living area; the bedroom was a little cramped but fine for a short stay. Owner was kind and helpful. It's in a quiet area, Benhall Green, all main villages/towns easily accessible. Good weather helped our stay."

"Had a lovely one night stay in the beautifully decorated and accessorised accommodation. Bed very comfortable, every comfort you could wish for provided. Peaceful, provided breakfast in patio garden when we saw a deer slowly walk through front garden. What a treat! Recommended!"

"This property was basic but perfectly comfortable and in a stunning location! The lane to the property was very over geown and unfortunately my husbands car (which has low clearance) was unable to get down it. But the owner soon dorted an alternative for us. The neighbours ford focus had bo problems so i would say this wont be a problem for most! Access down to views over the estuary and walks from the house was great. No wifi but perfectly good signal for 4g - or a good excuse to go off grid....

Location was ideal to tour the Suffolk coast and a short walk away from shops and Bell Inn - great food at reasonable prices, in Saxmundham."

"A clean, cozy cottage, true to the pictures. Check-in info came with plenty of time before check-in date. Lovely touch of bread, milk, juice and water in the fridge. A great base for a stay in the area. "
