"We in fact stayed for 7 nights due to booking confusion with change of airline flight date/time. Late arrival & check in but pleasent to find cooked food selection and drinks available even at 11:30pm in buffet restaurant. Positive start. Room 612 overlooking quiet swimming pool area away from main block. Rooms spacious , clean & amenities with mini bar filled daily. "Beautiful village layout relaxing with beautiful views. Unfortunately staff was not knowledgable of lunch and dinner schedules. Check-in time is 3:00 pm and lunch is over at 2:30, dinner starts at 6:30 . So I had to wait over three hours to eat . It was a Buffett and the food was bare minimum quality. The closest restaurants are driving distance so you are stuck unless you get a taxi or drive. I paid for all inclusive food and was greatly disappointed. I hope they upgrade there food selections....

"Had a horrible experience for the 5 night stay, given the hot weather, the AC of the room was not working and with repeatedly raising this with the Hotel staff and Front desk, nothing was done and the 5 days i stayed was without AC in the room, maybe the hotel was fully booked or otherwise, the staff did not do anything to make my stay comfortable in the hot weather. Even asking for water to be topped up in the room was a struggle with multiple calls to the house keeping without any success....

"Perfect for families. Step free access for those with pushchairs, although, when you’re there, it’s unlikely you would need to use it. The swimming pools are lovely and clean. Beach towels are provided so no need to pack your own. The rooms are quite spacious. Lovely modern bathrooms. We did have a bit of an ant problem in our bathroom but nothing too problematic. There’s a wide choice of food at the buffet. They grow a lot of their fruit and veg on the premises. You will see vegetable patches...

"Although ours was stated as a seaview, it wasn't really, just a very slight glimpse through a bush, but we were ground floor. Also, just 2 nts so not an issue but pointing out in case it's important to you. The apartment was fine for a night or 2, spacious but a bit old fashioned. The kettle didn't work but i borrowed a neighbours and didn't want to complain again as they kindly got the internet fixed when we arrived. "Really comfortable beach cabanas free for hotel guests made this stuck out. Great room cleaning service too. Cleared the sand away everyday that we drug in. We went early season so they probably needed to hire a few more staff for the breakfast service but such a small complaint. Overall, really great value and very relaxing stay that I would recommend!"
