"the resort offered extensive options of poolside areas with bar and snacks throughout the day. the entertainment for children also very good the animation team worked hard. the Greek night was enjoyable, and we felt very much on vacation. The different levels of apartments would need careful consideration if mobility is a concern. "The hotel is very nice, and having direct access to the pool from the rooms was a real pleasure. The staff were kind and attentive, and the food was delicious. However, there’s really no need to pay for full board, as even soft drinks are charged extra with the buffet dinner. Instead, you would actually spend less if you ordered from the hotel’s à la carte menu every evening. Of course, it’s a matter of personal preference, but had we known this beforehand, we would have chosen that option...

"Brilliant hotel in a great spot in Kos Town. Easy to walk everywhere and 5 min walk to the beach. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Lovely bar area for a drink at night and staff friendly. Would highly recommend and will book again!"

"I arrived in late (9:30pm) because of flight delays and the receptionist doing the checkin was very apathetic, to the point of being rude; it felt almost like if my presence there was bothering him. "I travelled with my girl friend and we spent 6 amazing days at the Koia. One of the highlights was the staff - very good service and super kind & friendly.
