"The condo was perfect for our party of 4… 1 baby, 2 parents, and a friend. Spacious and clean with a beautiful ocean view that greeted us every morning and gave sunsets every evening. The property had everything we needed to feel at ease right down to the Tupperware. Located in a perfect spot for small trips out of Kihei. The beach with direct access was walkable and allowed for plenty of outdoor adventure without having to drive anywhere. We will definitely come back!"

"Pool was always clean. Always had hot water with 8 adults. Different spaces for everyone. Many amenities for activities at house. Host was very available and responsive, but gave us our space; saw him twice all week. Location is PRIME. Beach, shopping, restaurants, park, basketball, surfing lessons, tennis, movie theatres, running/walking trails, sunsets, etc nearby/within walking distance. Great recommendations from host for snorkeling, luau, etc."

"There is absolutely nothing we could think of that was missing from our week at Banyon Tree! The property is beautiful, lovingly maintained, and made this our best trip to Hawaii ever!! Actually, our best-ever family vacation! Plenty of room for swimming, playing Capture the Flag, enjoying family dinners, playing card and table games, and just hanging out. We enjoyed seeing the turtles at Ho’okepa Beach, playing in the river at Íao State Park, and shopping local markets. Comfortable island...

" Easy walk to good food and shopping. Beach front with expansive lawn and beautiful trees. House is comfortable with great AC and well equipped. Best part are the 10-20 turtles who appeared each nite after sunset to rest on the beach. Cordial prompt communication with management. Nice artwork in house and lots of bird watching. "Whether you are a planner and like details, or if you’re not, jenni and Dave made sure we had the right amount to put us at ease. They have, quite literally, thought of everything we needed from snorkels to Q-tips and everything in between. We cooked some of our meals and had a tool and a pan for everything. The local shops are fun to explore and the beaches were great. Of course the sunsets were the highlight! Thank you to Jenni and Dave for a wonderful place. If it is available, reserve it...
