"My husband and I had a wonderful time staying at this condo. It was clean, at a great location, and the kitchen was perfect for cooking for two people for the week. We are so glad we decided to stay, and was a great budget-friendly stay for a spring beach trip."

"Location is perfect, as it sits only 100 feet from the beach, the restaurans, and the bars! It's a trifecta of fun. The only minor issue is, because of the units great location, it can get a bit noisy for about 45 minutes as the bars shut down and the crowds head home around 2am.The unit was very clean and the host was great!! "The apartment was really nice and had just about everything one could need. The great room was very nicely decorated, comfortable, and extremely clean. The kitchen was very functional though we ate out but appreciated the refrigerator. The TV was large but a bit baffling to figure out. The location was excellent for walking to restaurants and shops. "Precious and cozy little apartment in a very convenient spot in downtown Wilmington. We were walking distance to everywhere. Host was very helpful and responsive and left snacks and waters to enjoy. The apartment comes with a pass to a nearby garage which was an added plus. There is a bar right downstairs so lots of chatter could be heard but it wasn’t enough to ruin our stay. I would definitely recommend."

"The condo was wonderful, clean and so close to the beach! Our overall vacation turned out not so great because it rained the whole time and I ended up sick. It was nice to have a place we enjoyed being at since we didn’t end up doing all that much. The hosts were very communicative with everything and gave suggestions of things to do and places to go in the area. Also loved that we were able to do some laundry and I didn’t have to pack as much."

"Nice updated condo with easy access to beach and short walk to Carolina Beach Pier. The AC kept the place nice and cool even when it was very hot outside. My kids had a lot of fun in the pool and the beach towels provided in the condo came in very handy. Kitchen was well provisioned with pots, pans, plates, cups, utensils, etc. My kids loved sleeping on the pull out sofa bed in the living room! "We enjoyed our stay at this Carolina Beach condo. The unit was clean, comfortable, and in a great location just a short walk from the beach. The host was excellent—communication was prompt, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay.The only downside was that the dryer stopped working during our visit. We specifically chose this property because it included a washer and dryer, so it was disappointing not to be able to use that amenity for part of our trip.Overall, the condo was very nice,...
