"We enjoyed our stay. The place was clean and vry close to the beach. However, the apartment needed a great deal of work. 1) The air conditioner is on its last leg. The apartment was so humid that my metal head band rusted and I noticed that other things in the apartment were rusted. Everything was wet feeling and bathing suits wouldn't dry. 2) The mold in the wainscot in the shower has black mold which every dangerous. "Arrived to a dirty unit with weed paraphernalia left out from the previous guest. Instead of handling it before check-in, the host interrupted our stay mid-trip to re-clean completely disrupting our plans. Unacceptable on both counts. Would not return."

The host was very responsive and sent our check in info at the perfect time. We loved the 3:00 check in time as it suited our arrival time. This unit comes with a parking pass and that was nice. Many units in this complex do not include the parking pass. If you enjoy walking, you can keep your car in the parking deck all weekend....
