"My worst experienced was related to the lack of honesty of people working at the hotel. I tried to book a transfer through them and they changed price from $100 until $250 in just 24 hours. Thanks to them, I couldn´t visit almost nothing in Kinshasa. Thus, breakfast is quite limited and do not have too many available options. One of the ladies at breakfast was really unpolite and threated customers very rude. Only the people in room services, housekeepers, waiters and other were nice. About rooms, they are very good and normal, enough to sleep but with no good quality price relationship"
