"My worst experienced was related to the lack of honesty of people working at the hotel. I tried to book a transfer through them and they changed price from $100 until $250 in just 24 hours. Thanks to them, I couldn´t visit almost nothing in Kinshasa. Thus, breakfast is quite limited and do not have too many available options. "Although Mike is a courteous man, his place terrible. The Ad on Hotel.com is misleading. I didn't check in till 10 PM. The area is very dark and insecure. From the get go, Mike told me that the room I've booked was not available. He put me a small, mosquito infested room without basic items.
I spent 1 night because I could call a cab. I left the place early in the morning. Please refund me for my entire booking. This was a horrible experience. TOTAL REFUND!"

"My stay was amazing. The hotel is located in the heart of the city, which made it very easy to get around by car or taxi. The rooms were beautifully designed and the beds were very comfortable. Breakfast in the morning was great with a nice variety of options. The staff were extremely kind and helpful and made sure I was comfortable throughout my stay. I would definitely book this hotel again."
