"We stayed in a villa overlooking the garden. Although the property is obvious old it was spotlessly clean with a washing machine in the unit, a large fridge freezer and really well equipped kitchen. We could not ask for anything more from the unit. The staff were lovely and very helpful. If we came to Coffs Harbour again we would definitely stay here. There is a large shopping centre about 1/2 a KM away with a Woolworths and Aldi and many more shops which is very convenient."

"We love staying at this property. A beautiful location so quiet and peaceful and the river view is wonderful. Everything you need in the kitchen (but no tea or coffee this time). The bed felt a bit firm this time (but is that just my old bones complaining) and what happened to the wardrobe? All in all we enjoyed our stay. One of our favourite places to stay!"

"Spacious and great location. Large well equipped kitchen and dining area. Very comfortable bed. The host was very helpful. "

"Overall, we enjoyed our stay, Kooringal house was very comfortable and homey, with well appointed kitchen and very conveniently located for our visit, and we will definitely look it up when we next come up to Coffs and also recommend to others!"

"Everything was just perfect.Plenty of room gave everyone their own space and annex allowed elderly parents a place to retire to.Just around the corner from shops and restaurants and a short walk to the beach"

"Super Hosts, we were there for 3 nights and took in the best of the area, rapid canoe with our family of 7 was excellent, the rivers were pristine in the area, the F&B in the area was first rate and the accommodation suited the stay perfectly."
