2nd stop at Bellingen

We stayed here for a second time within a week. Sorry we were unable to stay longer. Very peaceful. House had everything we needed. Would come again.

Bella Vist Bellingen

A well positioned property with great views only 15min walk to the centre of Bellingen. Great shops and restaurants/cafes. Also close to Dorrigo, the walk in the rainforest was spectacular. The property had everything, well stocked, great wood burner fire and even a coffee pod machine!! We would definitely stay again.

Great place for a crowd

8 of us stayed at this lovely big house in late March. Very clean, great communication with owners, all amenities. Each room has it's own en suite. Beautiful clean pool in delightful surroundings. Whilst up in the hill behind the town of was only 1km to walk down. Highly recommended, would stay here again.

Overall great property for a larger group with bathrooms in every bedroom. Furniture was dated but clean. Biggest flaw is no BBQ facilities to make the most of the great deck and view

Quiet place with lots of space.

Very nice place that has loads of space. Each room has an ensuite which was nice to have. Michaela and Nina were very accommodating and commutative. Bellingen is a lovely place and a bunch of stuff to check out.

Great holiday home.

Beautiful home in a beautiful location. Everything was provided for our stay. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed our holiday,it was definitely a home away from home. We felt so relaxed and it was so inviting. Loved it,and we would definitely think about going back some time in the future. Absolutely loved Bella Vista Bellingen.

Great location!

Lovely location, decor was a bit dated & kitchen appliances need upgrading. Would have been better if there were twin beds in one room but generally a very nice house for 7 of us. The downstairs was very noisy when people were upstairs but the space was very good.

Absolutely perfect

We loved staying at Bella Vista. We booked out the entire house which was perfect for the 6 of us. We found the property beautiful, private and welcoming. Everyone enjoyed their stay immensely and loved their rooms, as well as the amazing lounge rooms, verandah and pool. We all left wishing we had organised a longer holiday and talking about planning another trip back to Bella Vista. Nina and Michaela both made booking and staying with them an easy, worry-free and welcoming experience.

Peaceful property.

Four couples, we all had bedrooms with ensuites,all clean and tidy. There was an older style comfortable lounge and dining areas and covered deck in a very private bushy surround. We did a lot of sitting talking and eating and the house was great for that. We had 4 great days in beautiful Bellingen which included walks, shopping, eating out and then coming back to our little retreat. (I would suggest most people would probably prefer to drive into town rather than walk up the hill too often.)We all enjoyed our stay very much.

Accommodation suited family gathering of 12 adults. Downside was that 3 adults had to sleep on 3 thin mattresses that were described on site as being high density foam mattresses. Upside was queen beds were very comfortable.

Tropical Paradise

I stayed with my son, daughter and her husband at Bella Vista for 13 nights. We each enjoyed our rooms with ensuite and they boys I'm sure enjoyed the TVs in their rooms. The house was spacious, well equipped and very comfortable. My son in law particularly enjoyed feeding the very cheeky Kookaburra family of mum, dad and child who demanded food seemingly non stop! The pool was lovely and very refreshing and we enjoyed many hours just relaxing by the pool with a book. The weather during our first week wasn't especially kind however it was just lovely to sit in the lounge area (again with a book) and also watch the gentle rain in the trees. Our host Michaela was very helpful and we were especially impressed when after we mentioned our disappointment that there was no longer a BBQ provided - she went out and purchased a new electric BBQ which we utilised on the veranda and enjoyed our lovely summer evenings around the table. All around we all agreed that we would definitely come again

Lovely retreat

We had a lovely time. The beds are comfy, the pool clean and it was great to be tucked away in the peace and quiet. Had a good couple of nights just relaxing. We had the whole house and it easily slept us all. Many thanks.
