This house was the perfect place for our adult girls getaway. Everyone had their own “space” and bathroom, which was appreciated. The open kitchen/dining/den was absolutely perfect for our group and the porch was a wonderful addition (Nov weather was cooperative). Would love to come back!!

Location was amazing! Kitchen was fabulous! House was great with all the bedrooms and bathrooms. Host was extremely difficult to get a hold of. Couldn’t use shower in master bathroom because water was coming out of the reset lights above shower, we were afraid of using it with water and electricity. Host never followed through by getting someone out to look at/fix issue. Outside furniture was disgustingly dirty. Sofa in living room was stained really bad as was all dining room chair cushions.

Truly a beautiful house, ideally located within an easy walk of the beach and the boardwalk. It easily accommodated our group of 14, with plenty of room around the dining table and in the living room. Great screened porch and well equipped kitchen. Everyone found the beds to be very comfortable—rare in a beach rental!Minuses were that the pool and pool deck were not cleaned (and hadn’t been for a while). The entire house could use a good cleaning, which I’m guessing will happen now that the season is winding down. (Bathrooms and kitchen surfaces were fine.) Many of the items in kitchen drawers were not clean.Communication with the owner was a little tough but in the end the access code was received so no harm done!

11 of us stayed at this beautiful property for a week in August. We were 7 adults and 4 children under 12. The common space on the first floor - kitchen, dining, great room and breezeway were divine and allowed us to commingle and enjoy one another in spacious surroundings. The pool is ordinary but the screened porch is perfect. We would stay here in a heartbeat in the future and will probably seek to do so.

I'd rate it OK/Good. Excellent location. As advertised, spacious enough to easily accommodate all the guests. However, everything was not as expected. 1) Needed to request access code, not provided at check in time. 2) House left unsecured prior to check-in. 3) One dishwasher not operational. 4) Two ovens not cleaned, unusable. 5) Pool dirty upon arrival and in desperate need of a paint job. 6) Patio steps partially supported by a log, others completely loose. Real safety issue with kids around the pool. Too many issues for the price. Certainly not commensurate with the term "Luxurious".

Great property with amenities and good location, but needs maintenance.

The property has plenty of space for the 6 adults and 6 kids in our party. This was our third time staying there. It is an easy walk to the beach and to restaurants in town. It has a pool, which is very nice after spending the morning on the hot beach. It would be better if it had a heater. There was a delay in sending us the door codes, but we were able to communicate with the owner. The major problem is that each year we have stayed at the house we have noticed a decrease in maintenance. The bed in the 1st floor bedroom is being supported by a paint can because the frame is broken. The lamps in the room were not working. It turned out to be bad bulbs. A tv in one bedroom didn't work and there was no tv in another bedroom and no hangers. One of the two dishwashers didn't work. One of the bathroom drains was clogged and another had a dirty rain shower head. The smoke detector went off in the middle of the night for no apparent reason. There were no good frying pans in the kitchen, some of the flatware was not clean and the oven and freezer needed a good cleaning. Some of the pillows, bedspreads and mattress pads needed cleaning. We had a few rain showers and water splashed over the porch because the downspout is broken in a couple of places. The house and its location are great. If the owner spent a few bucks on maintenance and a good cleaning, it would be worth the rental fee.

We were so excited after booking this house for a long weekend and boy were we shocked when we walked in and it was even bigger and better than we could have imagined! The spacious living room and kitchen were great for gathering, the location was a perfect walk to the beach, town center, and pickle ball courts all around, and the fact that every room has its own bathroom is the icing on the cake! A fantastic weekend getaway for a group of friends and we hope to be able to return soon!

Great Stay

House is in good shape, and some of the issues in the past years have been fixed. Frying pans and utensils are in bad shape and need replacement (we brought our own since this has been ongoing for the last couple of years). Owner was very responsive when we had an air conditioning issue and had someone come out immediately. We'll be back.

60th celebration!

The house is amazing great location, the only reason for the 4 stars was issues with the cable connection. Most of TVs and the pool wasn't cleaned until I called. Because we actually had great weather for the beginning of May. All that said we will be back. Thank you for making such a great vacation home for people!

Beautiful home for a friends weekend getaway

We stayed at this home with 5 other couples for a long weekend getaway. The house had plenty of space! The kitchen table was perfect for big dinners and playing games! The couch had enough for all of us to sit around and watch tv! The fact that each room had their own bathroom made it great for each couple to have their own privacy! There is soooo many plates and silverware- it made it really easy for us to prepare dinners! Location is great- even with the snow, we were able to walk to the shops! Our only complaint was that it has snowed significantly and the property was not salted or shoveled. The property manager was quick to respond to our questions!

Annual Rehobeth Girls Trip

This is our 17th year coming to Rehobeth for girls weekend. We never received an email w/ the code to the house, had to contact host, which he didn't respond timely too. Had difficulty getting back into the house when we left. It froze up, had to wait 10 minutes to try code again, host never responded to text or call. House was very dirty, appeared to not have been cleaned. Leaves all around pool patio. Bed in 1st floor broken, slept with a lean. Again host never responded to this. No heat on the 1st floor, it was 64 degrees Saturday into Sunday. Stayed in this house last year, never had a problem, this year sad that host wasn't engaged to our needs. Sent many phone messages & texts, no response. Would never stay here again. Hopefully you can resolve this issues prior to renting to someone else. Wouldn't want them to go thru what we went thru.

Fabulous vacation house!

This house is amazing in so many ways. It’s decorated very nicely and contains 7 bedrooms and 8½ baths (a private bath for every bedroom!) The house is very roomy so guests can spread out comfortably. We all enjoyed the pool. The house’s location is fabulous as a quick stroll brings you to the town with so many great restaurants, shops, boardwalk, beach and arcades. Also close by is a playground, tennis & bb/pickleball courts. Parking is easy with three spots on the premises and plenty of off-street parking right in front. While we didn’t need any assistance, we were in touch with Edward who was very responsive and helpful. The house’s unique layout includes a front section with 4 bedrooms on the 2nd floor (1 king, 2 queens and one room with a single pull-out couch and bunk beds (top single and bottom full size). This section is separated by a breezeway with comfortable seating and a view of the pool. The back section of the house contains the master king suite on the 1st floor and 2 queen bedrooms on the 2nd floor. We rented linens & towels. The kitchen is modern and spacious with plenty of dishes, flatware, glasses, pots & pans, etc. Also included in the kitchen is a coffee percolator, Keurig, coffee bean grinder, blender & mixer. The table seats 12 comfortably. Besides the main fridge, there are 2 wine fridges plus an ice machine. We enjoyed meals cooked on the grill. Grill tools were provided. We can’t wait to return next summer!

Great stay!

House was awesome - great for a group of friends (or families) with tons of space to hang out and spread out. Owner was very communicative and check in / check out was a breeze. Also a great location walking distance to town and the beach. Would stay here again and highly recommend.
